The first challenge is up at Let's Get Shabby........

and I couldn't wait to get started on it. I luv how it has turned out. Firstly I was inspired by the colours so pretty and feminine, then with the ladies in their hats, I thought of this photo I had of our little lady in her hat. I sooooo luv'd the challenge. Check it out at lets get shabby

I folded piece of pp to look like a fan.......not too sure about the bird cage - I think I must have been thinking of the feathers lol

White with 1 - June challenge

The white with 1 challenge for June was white with red and brackets. I don't scrap a lot with red so this one was a bit of a challenge. I rec'd my girl embellie kit from WIOIN yesterday which was just perfect for this challenge so I used some of it on this LO.

I also used up my red embellie (journalling spot) that I made for a red embellie swap over at Scrap Therapy a while back. Anyway this is Missy playing hide and seek.....we don't get a lot of time to hide (usually only a quick count to 3) and then she says come, ready, not. lol. tfl

123 June challenge & Inspiration challenge for Scrap Therapy's CC.......

This is my LO for the 123 challenge for June. Luv'd the criteria. 1 - lots of buttons (min of 6) 2 - Fabric 3 - handstitching. The white scalloped lace was left over from my dd's last tutu that I made her quite a few years ago and the coffee coloured lace is from a doily that belonged to my Mum - so a couple of special embellies on this LO. Maybe this might be the first page in Missy's dance album (MAYBE). lol

Scrap Therapy are having their cybercrop this weekend. I hope to get a couple of the challenges done. This is the inspiration challenge. We took inspiration from a photo of the Disney Princesses so I went with the colours and our very own princess who loves to put these pearls on her head and say "Pincess Sosie's cown." Very cute.
