Card Design: Pattie's Creations Challenge #171…Things that Fly

http://pattiescreationschallenge.blogspot.ca

Hello there folks! I hope that each of you is doing well in your own little corner of this world. While my own province is still in a state of emergency until the end of June, we have started to slowly open up businesses and regulated health care. Unfortunately, we've also seen a rise in cases so it is going to be an important balancing act to ensure that the least number of people get infected or die!

I'm popping in today to announce the next challenge over at Pattie's Creations Design Challenge. This time around for Challenge #171, the theme is Things that Fly. I've decided to create a simple thinking of you type of card for this challenge.

General Project Info:
  • This card has been created 100% digitally and then layered in a Mock Up (courtesy of Frisk Shop). It was printed out and assembled prior to dissemination.

Challenges I am hoping to enter...

You have until July 2nd, at 1:00 P.M., ET (Eastern Time) to enter our challenge which should give you lots of time to get a creation done. Remember the theme is Things that Fly. I really hope that you will be able to join us. You can enter three times per challenge and of course MUST follow all the challenge requirements that are posted (please click HERE to become familiar with all the rules).

Pop over to the challenge blog and check out what my fabulous teammates have offered up for inspiration. Oh and don't forget…Pattie offers up a new freebie the first Friday of the month and it will remain up for approximately two weeks; so, be sure to pop over and check it out as well!

Well guys, that is it for this one. Keep washing those hands and stay your distance. Hopefully, I'll see you again soon.

Until next time,

Card Design: Scribbles Designs Freebie Friday Link + Challenge #45 Midway Point...Woodland Creatures

Hello and happy October 1st! It is time for the midway for the latest Scribbles Designs Challenge to get started. While I normally don't have the time to create regularly for the challenge any more, I did have a fun idea I wanted to share this month that actually corresponds to yesterday's freebie.
This week we are offering up a cute Mosquito (#F 126). You can find the freebie over in my Freebie Friday post by clicking HERE or this image can also be found in the store HERE. I thought that this image would be great for our monthly challenge.

There are two whole weeks left for you to come on over and enter. In case you've missed it, the theme this time around for Challenge #45, is Woodland Creatures! In the beautiful woodlands that surround us, you can find many interesting creatures if you are patient and look hard enough. Close observation reveals an entire world rife with activity and life. Many choose to remain hidden but life abounds all the same! Mice, chipmunks, rabbits, hedgehogs, skunks, foxes, deer, squirrels, owls, and moose are but to name a few! This challenge we'd like to see a project featuring one of the common creatures or more that live in the wooded areas that surround you. Our woodlands are filled with many fascinating creatures, which one will you choose!

Entering is super simple! You do not need to use a Scribbles Designs image; however, if you do, your name gets entered into the draw twice. You can purchase your Scribbles Designs images HERE or you can also find one for a limited time on the challenge blog HERE. Also, be sure to check out our special Freebie Friday posts as it is another great way to build your Scribbles Designs collection. You can find the rest of the rules and information regarding winners in the sidebar on the challenge blog. You have until 9pm PST on October 14th to come over and play with us.

Here is my card and all the details...
