Met Costume Ball 09

Had you been at the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute Ball celebrating the amazing new exhibition "Model as a Muse" last night you would have seen four amazing examples of Decades vintage couture. First, on Katie Lee Joel is a stunning 1960's Harvey Berin grey chiffon and rhinestone dress. In the second photo Cheryl Tiegs wears a Norman Norell forest green sequined mermaid gown; Marisa Tomei wears a white Adrian gown from the 1940's; and last but certainly not least is Amber Valletta, wearing a yellow crepe James Galanos halter gown from the 1970's.
