    Happy christmas Mary! Yes, indeed I have an orange in the toes of each of my teen kids' stockings! Hee. We have a foot of snow here but the roads are perfectly clear so very nice indeed. Enjoy your xmas day tomorrow. Waht will you be making, I wonder? I made an incredible homemade minestroni soup that was so very good, I surprised myself. Very hearty too. Xmas in NY, or just before that woudl be amazing too.

    Hi Mary,
    Hope you all had a lovely day yesterday.
    It was so sunny here that we did think of eating on the deck but it was way too cold.
    All the children were spoilt rotten and to see Phe Phe cuddle her new dolly and give her a bottle brought tears to my eyes. Cuddling must be a very basic instinct.
    Glad it's over as very tired but was one of the best for me.
