Merry Christmas

I've been busy making our Christmas cards in between some travel.  This year I made 85 cards using Altenew's Sketched Evergreen stamps

Each card started with the tree being embossed in gold.  To be honest I went through my Christmas stash of paper for two of the cards.  One I made the background using MFT's snowflake background stamp.  The image was stamped with veramark then I clear embossed the image

I want to wish all of you a Very Merry Christmas and the very best in 2018!!!

My Friends are Flakes

I made a few cards using this image from Impression Obsession; I hate to confess how long it went uninked at my house!

The image is stamped with versa mark onto water colour paper then embossed in gold.  I then water coloured the image in non traditional colours

Merry Christmas!!

Two PEEKS!!

Today I get to share with you TWO of todays sneak a peeks Stamping Bella's!! First up is Tiny Townie Skylar Loves to Skate

The image is on bella's bestest white card stock an coloured with pencils.  On the ice I used some glossy accents.  For the back ground I used a snow flake stencil and sponged white ink.  The sentiment comes with this sweet tiny townie.

The second image is Santa's Speedy Delivery.

The image is on bella's bestest white card stock and coloured with copics.  The DP is basic greys aspen frost; an old one!

I love the sentiment that comes with this image which I used on the inside of the card with a similar layout to the front

Keep checking Blogabella to see the rest of the sneak peek and I'll be back tomorrow with another peek.  Release day is Saturday!!

Buttons or Bows

This week's Bellariffic Fridays challenge was to add a button or bow to your Bella card.  For my card I went with a button.

I used one of Stamping Bella's new images Valerie with Snowball

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink and coloured with copics.  For the snowball and snow at her feet I used liquid appliqué and glitter.  I then fussy cut the image out and mounted it on white card stock embossed with swiss dots.

Please stop by Bloggabella to see the rest of the babes and sistah's creations.  Next weeks a sketch.  To play along just use a current Stamping Bella image and email your card to Em to be included on Bloggabella

The Final Christmas Cards….

Even with my mass production card this year I was short a few holiday cards, here are the final two  I made.

The first is with  a sweet stamp set I bought this summer from Darcie's called Season to Jingle

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest white cards stock and coloured with pencils blended with mineral spirits.  The dp is MME's Mistletoe Magic.  For the sentiment banner I used MFT's Jumbo Fishtail Banner Stax.

For the second card I again inked up MFT's Pure Innocence Trim the Branches Snowman.

The image was stamped with memento tuxedo black ink and stamped it onto bella's bestest white card stock.  I coloured this image with copics.  Again the dp is MME's Mistletoe Magic and I paper pieced his scarf and hat.  For the snow on the ground I used Decor Arts Glistening snow Writer.

I want to wish everyone the very best this holiday season and I hope you are able to spend time with family and friends

Merry Christmas!!
