It's been quite a while since I have mentioned the fraud blog. Nothing much was new-she kept posting flasehoods on the blog-screaming tax evader about some incredibly talented artists. The only unknown would be who the next victim or victims unfailry accused and slandered.
A lot as changed. Several of the people named on the blog filed a lawsuit in the great state of Texas and now this false accuser shall have to answer to the courts to the formal charge of defamation. She was formally served with papers to that effect on Oct.26th,'09. She has posted about (I quit counting) 60 more people on the fraud blog since then. Can we say "no respect for legalities" boys and girls? She has denied things that are easily proven-like claiming some of the beads she sold on etsy were made by her. I wonder if she thinks that the people she bought stuff from just tossed their paypal records out with the trash? I still have mine should the AGLF attorney need more ammo against her. I would say it's a really safe bet that everybody who has had any dealings with her in the last two years has the documentation to prove it.
I wonder what she feels she has gained with all these venomous attacks on these wonderful creative people. In my opinion, all she has done is ruin her own name and reputation. The lampworking community has really come together over this issue aand friendships have been forged through this ordeal. I'm sure that was not the original intention when the fraud blog started. I feel sorry for her in a way-but she has no one to blame but herself for whatever happens in the court. I seriously doubt she is going to win this.
I will be featuring some of the talented artists mentioned on the fraud blog in the next few weeks, so check back here. There is a calender that was published to raise funds for the AGLF. A calendar full of beautiful lampwork beads. If there are still any for sale, I will post a link.

AGLF Supporting Shops
Since many of us are not going to let a certain person continue her slanderous behavior, the AGLF (Artisan Glassworkers Legal Fund) still needs support. Money continues to be raised, but since legal costs vary, money is still needed. On the right side of my blog, you will see a list of shops who have items for sale with the proceeds going to AGLF. Some of them have designated items for the fund, they will have a tag on them that says AGLF. Some of them are donating partial proceeds from all items to the fund. Have a look around in the shops and you will see which items are for the fund.
There are not too many internet laws out there for this kind of situation. The internet world opens a whole new area of law. There are things out there that aren't covered yet and should be covered. Hopefully, this issue with slander and all the yelling fraud by an individual will be covered by the time this issue is settled.

Some thoughts and some things I have learned
1. The incredibly talented artists who have been slandered in the fraud blog are representative of what the blogger wanted to do, but couldn't. She is jealous of the talent they have and their creativity. I think that has a lot to do with why she "allegedly" bought their beads last year and"allegedly" resold them as "her" creations. She wanted credit for the beauty of the beads. I've always thought that to create beauty, beauty must be inside your heart or soul. It seems apparent that this blogger doesn't have that.
2. The amount of venom and spite that one person can spew out is amazing. I didn't think a human being could contain all that much hate and not explode. I can't stand being mad for 10 minutes, let alone carrying on a vendetta like this. That's carrying a lot of anger around for a very long time. Wonder how her health is? Bet that BP would register on the Richter scale.
3. I have realized that Etsy admin can be...responsive. When I reported the sock puppet purchase she made from me, I got an uncanned email from them. I was quite surprised. I'm used to that on Artfire, but not Etsy.
My mom always saw the best in people, no matter what kind of idiots they were. I have tried to do that through out my life also. It usually works, but not now. I despise bullies and that's all this is-cyber bullying, cyber stalking, whatever you want to call it. I call it cowardice. She knows she will never have the level of talent these people do, so she tries to harass and bully them. Well, guess what? Somme people can't be bullied. I know several people like that and I am one of them.
This blogger claims to be a Christian woman. She needs to remember that "pride goeth before a fall".

Ullja the frauds Fraud Blog
Ok, so now I'm really ticked at this fraudulent fraud investigator. The gloves are off. She is out of control and out of hand to the point it's nauseating. Where is the funny white coat and padded room when you need one? She needs to go to a calm. peaceful place and, with the help of some serious medication, find some peace and tranquility.
She has wrongly named more victims in that fraud blog of hers, besides the reputable sellers she has already slandered. She has make calls to state tax agencies, local tax assesor's and who knows who else she has called-everybody except a head doctor. Ullja is majorly delusional. She thinks that all these state and federal officials are going to jump when she screams fraud without proof.
She purchased fron one seller-who had the selling venue cancel the sale instantly-and then contacted the seller's state tax office and reported the seller for not paying sales tax on the canceled sale. Well, DUH, Ullja, you don't have to pay tax on something that didn't happen. She has had several buying attempts canceled and I bet paypal is just loving her to bits right now.
Ullja is not a victim here by any stretch of the imagination. Don't even think she is. In fact, I will leave you with a link to consumerist.com which is a "child" of parent company Consumer MEdia, LLC, the publisher of Consumer Reports, and ConsumerReports.org.. Happy reading-and be sure to check out the parody blog mentioned-it's a hoot.

On my soapbox
Once again I have have stepped up on my soapbox. Once again it's the same person who had put me here. In case you don't want to go back to those pages, I'll tell you a story. If you do want to go back, here's the link http://subeeds.wordpress.com/page/2/
Once upon a time, there was a seller/buyer who was "alledgedly" buying beads from other lampwork artitst and "alledgedly" selling them as beads she had made. I kind of figured that since several dozen lampworkers from around the universe were suddenly saying "hey, I made those. I sold them to so and so" and the purchaser just happened to be the woman who was selling the beads claiming them as hers-there really wasn't too much "alledgedly" there, but in the interest of fairness, I will say alledgedly.I blogged about it on my old blog a few times. I was mad and outraged. Now, this woman was and still is using the name Ullja. She opened a shop on Artfire several months ago. (Etsy finally banned her from their site). A lot of us knew she was there, but since she was just quietly selling beads and seemed to be minding her own business, nobody said a word, even though a couple of us did contact admin. and let them know who she was and what had happened on etsy. I'm one of those kind of people that if a hurricane is coming, I would like a warning, so I thought I would give them a heads up. They are nice folks and deserve a warning. I still don't think they were ready for what happened next. I'm not sure anybody was. She is now banned from artfire as well as etsy. She just keeps creating these sock puppet accounts and returning.
On Artfire, her store/user name was Beads4u. She started a post about her bakery was all licensed and legit, etc., and how she was going to start baking again. She was also talking up her blogs, how popular they were and did people want to link to her. A lot of nice, innocent people did, so they sent her links. I was wondering whether to speak out in public or just contact these folks behing the scenes and explain what kind of "issues" they might be linking to. Well, I got about 6 pages into the thread and all of a sudden, her real identity was out in the open when someone asked her to explain her actions last year. Of course, she chose to go into personal attack mode rather than saying something like "I messed up, I'm sorry". So now, Ullja is a "group" of one (unless she has DID, which, not being a shrink, I cannot diagnose)claiming to be the Artsian Handmade Fraud Watch. I will give you a link to the site, but it won't be clickable. http://*handmadeartisanfraud*.blogspot.com/. I don't want to add to her crazy gloating about how her stats are going up. Nothing on that blog is true. She pretends to know all the city and state regulations for baking, online selling and lampworking, filing taxes, etc.. This would have to be impossible since all regulations differ from state to state and county to county. Those regulations can also change on a yearly basis.
I left a comment on her "legit" blog, along with someone she is attacking. She didn't have enough gall to publish either one. I'm not surprise at all. She is also creating phoney accounts-and I'm not saying alledgedly here, because it's documented-to buy from people to try and get their paypal account numbers and other info that you get when you make an online purchase. Here she is screaming all about fraud in her fraud blog and she is also being a fraud by doing this crap. How sad and pathetic can you get? Now, in her latest fraud blog post, she states that there is a web site coming soon. ROFLMAO! That is just too comical. A person making fradulent charges against innocent people running a site about people who are supposedly selling fraudlently online. Gotta love that irony for sure.
One of the most outrageous things she has done has published people's real names and whereabouts on the web. This could actually put some people at high risk of serious harm and should not be allowed. That's sinking really low to do something like that. All I would be at risk for is my sister in law finding us and wanting to move in with us like she did 24 years ago-last time we saw her. LOL!
So, as usual when this person seems to be involved, I'm sure this is far from over, so I will keep you posted. In the meantime, you can amuse yourself by checking out the artfire crazy train riders. Oh yeah, one more thing, Ullja, I know your city. If you, or anyone in Woodway, Texas attempts to purchase from me, the sale will be cancelled and you will be reproted to the admin of the appropriate selling venue.
Since I am a firm beliver in free speech, if it's tru speech, I will publish any comment you leave on this blog-it can be as mean and full of venom as you like-it just has to be true. Catch-22 for ya, isnt it? LOL!!
