Here For You ~ Toby Tumble

Hi All!
Just a quickie post today. This is a sympathy/thinking of you card I made some weeks ago .. I am using a Toby Tumble image from Cuddly Buddly. Just love him.
The layout is very "bare bones" but I needed something quickly and had spent  too much time already coloring the image. Know the feeling? LOL
And a close up. Sorry its a bit blurry.
I'm using Prismacolors on Kraft cardstock.

That's it!
Have a great day everyone!

Cuddly Buddly~ A Special Friend

hi!
Well I'm back to pester you all with yet another post. You can scroll down for Phiny's challenge card, posted a few hours earlier. I have one more challenge to represent today,
So put your feet up and relax a while.
This week's challenge is:
Bright Colors and Butterflies
I'm not a huge butterfly fan (don't hate me) but I did manage to sneak one in there if you closely. :-)

My papers are a hodgepodge, mostly K&Co and DCWV.
Image is Cuddly Buddly's "I'm quackers over you" colored with Prismacolors.
Ribbon is Crafty Ribbons, Punch is Martha Stewart
Charm was a gift as was the card candy and the sentiment is Scrapalicious.
Of course I'm going to sneak a duck in there whenever possible...but I would never tie a ribbon around a duck's neck, why cover sleek perfection?

I hope you all enjoy a wonderful weekend!

I am using this card as my Catered Crop project this fortnight, you can see the ingredients I've utilized in red below. This week is kinda special cos my blogging buddy Tine has been chosen as Best Recipe. So it's her card we're picking apart. :-) She's an awesome colorist, you gotta check her out if you don't already follow her.

* Colors – red, white, green, and brown
* Stamps and Stickers – cake, flowers, mice, strawberries
* Patterns – circles, checked/gingham
* Color Mediums – markers (ProMarker, Copics)
* Embellishments – banners
* Tools – border bunches
* Techniques - faux stitching, doodling/drawing
* Theme – birthday

At Catered Crop there are always two ways to win. You could also be the randomly chosen winner of a prize package from Mark Jetton, the owner and designer of Deadbeat Designs. Deadbeat Designs, a little stamp company in Central Texas, has been making stamps for 10 years. They're sold at lucky stores all across the country and online at DeadbeatDesigns.com. While Mark specializes in Texas imagery, he has a variety of other themes and is adding more all the time! We have an extra special Texas-size prize for our FTR16. One lucky player will win a $25 gift certificate to Deadbeat Designs. Yee Haw!

Bye for now!
