Evernote

One of the best apps I have on my phone is called Evernote.
With it, you can:

• Save your ideas, things you like, things you hear, and things you see.
•  Evernote works with nearly every computer, phone and mobile device out there.
• Search by keyword, tag or even printed and handwritten text inside images. 

 It really does remember everything for you. Add a note on your PC and it automatically syncs to your phone. I really like the once and done aspect of it.
