Frosty Layout

The Challenge: Borders can be simple & sweet, elegantly detailed, masculine, or playful . . . and they can be that perfect final touch to add to your project. We want you to make a run for the border . . . your Cricut Borders, that is. Create a projects of your choice and include a Cricut Border cut somewhere on your project. Be sure to include at least 2 Total Cricut Image Cuts on your project.

I used my Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake for the icicle borders and the cute Snowman is from the same cartridge.  The phrase "frosty" is layered to make it look like chipboard is from Winter Woodland.
Journal tag is behind the photo.

Scarf was made with ribbon, just covered the die cut with ATG tape. Face stamp is from Peachy Keen Stamps.

A New Grand Daughter Gift

Some dear friends of mine just became grandparents for the first time.  I made this name album to celebrate the joy of their new grand daughter.  She has an unique name so it is extra fun to make a personalized album.  Welcome to the world new baby Kaiia :)

Let it Snow

These cuts are made with the Winter Frolic and Winter Woodland Cartridges.  I just love that kid on the sled, he looks like he is having a blast.  This is for the Cricut Circle Weekly challenge: use WHATEVAH shape you would like, but be sure to repeat it three times on your project. Project must also include spray ink and must be newly created for this challenge.  My three cuts are snowflakes and are sprayed with my spray ink.

Cricut Cirlcle Weekly Challenge #9, Black Friday

This weeks challenge was to re-use something, at least 2 cuts, and use the color black.  I picked up this pine cone from my front yard.  (at times I think it is raining pine cones in my yard)  I put a little house and trees cut from Winter Woodland on a base of fabric.  I covered the house and trees with glitter.  Holly leaves are from Jubilee.  The little snowman has a BLACK hat and I made the snowman with beads and a circle cut for the hat brim.

Winter Frolic Christmas Ornament

This is my entry for October's Cricut Circle Magazine Challenge.  Entries must have 4 cricut cuts and use some other Provo Craft product, which I chose my Cuttlebug.  I used the birthday candle Cuttlebug embossing folder to put "slats" on my sled.  (I am not sure if that is the name of the folder.)  I also wanted to use my snowflake folder on the scallop circle but go so excited about putting the ornament together I forgot about my snowflake folder.
