担当者のさじ加減によるとしか言えない
ガンダムみたいな大型企画は方々から口を出されるけど最近はアニメ本編も映像作品としての商品価値があるから
あまり縛られることはない
でもボーイズトイ事業部とか複数の部署が絡むと監督とPに捌く器量がないとグチャグチャにされる

持ち込み企画にスポンサーとして乗るのとスポンサーとして企画立ち上げるのは方法論がまるで変わるからな

初代ガンダムは、スポンサーのお偉いさんが「シャアが嫌い！」って理由で、劇中シャアが左遷される程の影響力(笑)！
漫画「ガンダムを作った男達」は、昨年NHKのガンダム特番で実際あった出来事が本当に起きた出来事を巧くまとめた名著！

これは間違い。
グフ、ドムはクローバーからのテコ入れ要求以前から出る予定ではあった。
オデッサ以降の水泳部毎回新型がテコ入れの成果。

かなり言う事聞いてる、というかスポンサーに言われたものを全部出して
「余った時間で人間ドラマを作ろうと思った」と富野が言ってる

ダンバインで言えばファンタジーな世界観や玩具が売れてないのでなんとかしてくれって要望で地上戦になりビルバインが生まれた
　
マクロスで言えばデストロイド系は当時ダグラムがヒットしてたのでうちでもミリタリっぽいのを出してくれとスポンサー側の要望
　
ザブングルだと製作側から作品がヒットしアニメファンからも世界観に合わないと言われてた青い主役機を変えたいと提案した当時として珍しいケース
ガンダムの富野だったから押し切れたって感じ

そもそもZガンダムの企画はバンダイ主導で出された程度の影響力。
当初はアムロの子供とシャアの子供がいがみ合うウンコみたいな話で、トミノがZの企画会議に参加するために放送中のエル鎧武は若手にポイしろっていうのが通った程度。

ファースト放映中とZ以降じゃ全く事情が違うからなあ。
それにバンダイにしてもファースト直後にZをやったわけじゃないし。
影響力といっても金を出す奴が最強なんだから100%要求飲む場合もあれば
監督がワンマンで全く飲まないような場合もあるだろうね。
要は金銭的に成功すればいいわけだがガンダムだって売れたのは恐ろしく後の事だからな。
ゆえにクローバーはガンダムで潰されたなんて都市伝説が定説になってたくらいで
