THURSDAY ART AND DINNER DATE...12-11-2025

 RAIN'S WORD FOR TODAY IS CONIFER TREE...

I put this together with AI.  First the trees, then decorations, plus children playing and, of course, Santa and reindeer in the sky.

My meal will be a doozie.  Preparing this weekend for my children and grandchildren.  FRANK'Os SOUP.

Here is the recipe...

8 oz linguine cooked

Then...mix together the following:

1 Roasted chicken cleaned from bones

1 pkg broccoli cheddar soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 soup cans of water

1 fresh jalapeno chopped 

(use whole or half of jalapeno depending on your love of spiced food...plus some of the seeds if you like.)

Simmer for at least 2 hours and serve over linguine or add linguine to mix.

ELEMENTERY SCHOOL PRIVATE SCHOOL PROTEST

 I was never sure if the band of sisters would qualify as a SQUAD.  The five gathered carrying FLOWERS at the local scary CEMETERY, each carrying a HEAVENLY BLUE PAINTED CROSS.  Suzette was the videographer and was determined to capture the march and point out the meaning of the mission. They believed the school would take notice of the efforts they put into this march and give them what they wanted.

This girl's march was depicting COURAGE as they fought for the FREEDOM at the stuffy school. The food they were given to EAT was deplorable.  They had carried many petitions to the head mistress of the school pointing out all the MONEY their parents paid for them to attend.  

The band of sisters were BARELY out the gates of the graveyard before a gathering of local police blocked the march.  The ten-year old girls were quickly disbanded and moved individually back to the school and to classes.  As they each entered a classroom the remaining students began to chant and clap for these brave young women.

Suzette did a brilliant job with the video and it was handed down to new classes every year in complete secret.

Today, I am buying eggs for the first time n several years. For weeks now, my chickens have not given me one egg, a challenge that I am eager to overcome. Is it because new chickens were introduced to the flock? Is there something wrong with the food? Could it be the changing weather even though this started before it was cold.? Are there too many pine wood shavings in the chicken house? Are the majority of my chickens too old now? Have the chickens become terrorized by the predators, coyotes raccoons possums local dogs etc. I have researched and believe at this point, there's nothing to do, but wait till spring and start over with all new hens. I will continue to try to find a reason for what is happening. Anyone have suggestions?
