Welcome to everyone joining us for a thank you - birthday blog hop for Emma. We, as Emma's first design team, wanted to thank her from the bottom of our hearts for the awesome opportunity we had to be on her very first design team. What an honor and blessing. Emma is an absolute sweetheart and I'm so thankful for her. She also makes incredibly BEAUTIFUL stamps and I love them to pieces! So with that said HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the SWEET, BEAUTIFUL and very TALENTED Miss EMMA!!!! You are AMAZING!!!! Big birthday hugs to you!!!!

If you came here from Katie's blog you are on the right track, if not make sure to start at the beginning by visiting Nikki's blog.

Have a Roarin' Good Birthday

Here is a card I made for my nephew's birthday. I had this idea ever since I bought these stamps in December, but didn't really have a need to put it together until his birthday, so here it is.

The lion's head is on an Action Wobble. So I made a quick video of it. I had a little helper on the video. She started the Action Wobble and it made her laugh. So I just kept it at that. I hope you enjoy it.

Birthday Hugs and Wishes

I made this card for my daughter's birthday. She LOVES elephants, pink and Action Wobbles. I knew that I better take some pictures of it before I gave it to her because I didn't know how long it would last after she played with it ;). I've entered it into the Whimsical Wednesday Challenge and the Cooking with the Cricut Challenge.

The Action Wobble is attached to the ball and so the elephant is really trying to keep its balance. He he! Here is a quick video of it wobbling.

Smile, It's Your Birthday!

This is the card that I made for my nephew's birthday.

I made my own patterned paper for this card. I used some glossy stamping paper and the super cute Robo Star stamp by Market Street Stamps. I used my Versamark ink pad and then added some white embossing powder. I heat set the embossing and then with a sponge and some different shades of red and orange ink I sponged the background. I haven't used this technique in a really long time. I forgot how much I like it.

The little robot from B is Boy Cricut Lite cartridge is attached to an Action Wobble. I didn't have time to make a short video, but I'm pretty sure most of you can imagine it wobbling back and forth saying "Smile, it's your birthday," in robot language. Thanks for stopping by. I hope it is a great day!

Items Used:

*B is for Boy Cricut Lite cartridge
*Peachy Keen Stamps- mouth and nose are from some discontinued stamp sets. The eyes are from the Everyday Character Face Parts
*Market Street Stamps - Robo Star
*Action Wobble
*Sentiment- Pink By Design
*Glossy stamping paper
*Embossing Powder
*Red and Orange inks

Happy New Year!

I know that I'm a little late, but it is only the 3rd, so Happy New Year. I saw a lot of New Year cards on everyone's blog and I asked my husband what he thought the main theme was. He said, "The Baby New Year." I replied, "No, I didn't see any of those at all." So he suggested that I should make one. Here it is and happy 2011 to all of you.

I attached my Baby New Year to an Action Wobble so he could be partying. Here is a really short video of him dancing, sorry that the card is a little slanted in the video, it was late.

Sunshine and Smiles

I wanted to make an encouragement card for a sweet neighbor. It has been cold, grey and snowy here. I thought this card might brighten her day.

This card is also my submission for the current Peachy Keen Challenge. I used Everyday Face Parts for the Sunshine's face. I used an Action Wobble on the sunshine. I thought it would make the card even more fun and playful. I think it worked :). This ADORABLE sentiment stamp is by Pink By Design's Take the Cake stamp set. This set is so cute. And some of the sentiments such as this one can be used for other occasions besides birthdays.

Here is another quick video showing the sunshine powered by an Action Wobble.

As always, please note that any videos suggested at the end of my video are not endorsed by me.

Items Used

*Simply Charmed Cricut cartridge
*Peachy Keen Everyday Character Face Parts
*Action Wobble
*Baker's twine
*Pink By Design Take the Cake stamps for the sentiment
