MCT 12 Days of Christmas Day 10

Hello friends and welcome to the 10th day of Emma's 12 Days of Christmas. If you arrived here from the talented Cindy's blog you are in the right spot. If not make sure to start at Emma's blog.

Today, I have another ornament for you. This one took a bit more time than yesterdays, but I LOVE how she turned out I hope you like her too. She is a chipboard ornament set that I purchased from Peachy Keen Stamps (Gingerbread Chipboard Shape Set - Girl). I painted her with acrylic paint (nothing fancy there since I don't really know how to paint, I was mostly just trying to get the basic color of the gingerbread and then I inked the edges with some Tim Holtz Ink). Then I added some snow writer and glitter to the white pieces. I stamped her face with the darling Happy Lashes Face stamp and last but not least I added a darling little JOY banner using Emma's Build a Banner Kit.

You Make ME Smile!

I have made up a fun little card for the Peachy Keen Sketch Challenge #55 over at the Peachy Keen Challenge Blog. I LOVE the sketch and I also LOVE this adorable little penguin that came free with my last order.  For the glittery snow trim, I bought a snow writer from Peachy Keen stamps and added some fine glitter to it while it was still wet. I love this effect! I used a mix of watercolor pencils, inking and paper piecing for this little cutie! The darling sentiment is from Emma's Turn That Frown Upside Down stamp set.

I also wanted to give everyone a reminder about the Whimsical Wednesday Blog Hop on Friday. There will be a Gypsy available as one of the prizes for commenting on each blog. My Creative Time's June Stamp Release Blog Hop

Welcome to another fabulous My Creative Time stamp release blog hop. If you arrived here from the SUPER talented Katie's blog then you are right where you want to be. If not make sure you go back to Emma's blog and get the full hop in. There are chances to win some awesome prizes so make sure you comment on EVERY single stop along the way.

My card is a little bit of Christmas in July (or almost July) but when I saw this sentiment I just had to make a card with it! I'm a total little kid at heart and I still believe in Santa Claus and the Spirit of Christmas. I hope you enjoy it! Oh and yes, that ADORABLE face is a Peachy Keen face stamp from a set called Happy Lashes.

This full sentiment and frame come from two sets of stamps. Believe is from Inspiring Words and the beautiful frame and 'I still believe in Santa Claus!' sentiment come from the Inspiring Words {Accents}. You can see both sets picture below. (You can click on them to see them enlarged)

And here is a sample page of how you could mix and match the sentiments but the options are pretty much endless.

For blog candy Emma is offering up 11 amazing prizes. There will be a winner picked from each blog and you will have your choice of either a stamp set of your choice or this beautiful new Curly Label die. Just make sure to comment on every stop along the way. You have until midnight on Sunday to comment to be eligible for the prizes.

Your next stop is the AMAZING Leanne. I know she will have something incredible to show you. Click HERE to go to Leanne's blog.
