PKS - Lady Bug Thank You!

Today, I have my card for the Peachy Keen Stamps Sketch Challenge #53. This challenge had an adorable sketch and a little twist to the challenge. We had to use some sort of a sponging techinque. I had a lot of fun with this challenge. I used the sponging technique on both the red dot background and the red part of the lady bug. Then I used a sponge and some ink to ink around the edges of the gray pieces.

This sketch was too cute. I'm certain I will be using it again. The cute lady bug and the thank you come on the same set Peachy Keen stamp set. They are called Lady Bug Thank You. The cute dotted background is one of my favorite background stamps by Market Street Stamps called Loopy Loo Polkas.

*Mini Monograms Cricut cartridge
*Market Street Stamps - Loopy Loo Polkas
*Peachy Keen Stamps - Lady Bug Thank You
*Stampendous - flourish stamp

My Creative Time's May Stamp Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to another awesome stamp release blog hop. Emma has done it once again. These new stamps are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! If you have come here from Katie's blog than you are in the right place, if not the beginning of the hop starts at Emma's blog.

Emma asked me to use here beautiful new set called "Happy Homecoming." These stamps are an absolute neccessity for anyone with friends of family that serve or have served in the army, navy, or air force. Emma has designed these stamps so that you can customize your saying in SO many ways. I absolutely LOVE them. She also designed a super adorable frame that all of the sentiments can fit into. Now, if you don't have anyone near and dear serving in the armed forces, these stamps can be used for so many other occasions too. I decided to make a non-military card just so you can see how perfect they can be for other projects as well.

I made this card with my niece in mind. She is more of a blue and purple loving girl so I went with a blue theme. She just returned home after being away for 18 months serving a mission for my church. I thought this would be a perfect way to tell her welcome home.

Don't you just LOVE that adorable frame that fits the sentiment oh so perfectly? And those fonts they are just so beautiful. The beautiful dot background is one of my favorite background stamps from Market Street Stamps. It is called Loopy Loo Polkas.

Emma is so sweet and generous and she is going to give 4 lucky people a stamp set of their choice. All you need to do is hop to every stop on the hop and leave each person a comment for a chance to win. Pretty easy right? You have until Saturday night, May 21st to get your comments in.

Your next stop is Miss Leanne. I know she will have yet another BEAUTIFUL project for you. Click HERE to go to her blog.

If you get lost along the way here is the line-up for the hop:

Birthday Celebration Day 2 - Market Street Stamps

Hello everyone! Welcome to day 2 of my virtual birthday party. I'm SO excited because today I am spotlighting one of my favorite stamp companies, Market Street Stamps. These stamps are of amazing quality, they are manufactured by Peachy Keen Stamps, so they have the same beautiful Peachy color and quality. Angelica (co-owner and artist) has some beautiful, fun and trendy stamp sets and some amazing background stamps as well. The background stamps are HUGE (full A2 size) and they stamp beautifully. I LOVE them to pieces!!!! I think there is something perfect for every taste and style at Market Street Stamps so if you haven't heard of them before you definitely need to check them out.

For my card today I used one of Market Street Stamps background stamps called Loopy Loo Polka's. The image is also from Market Street Stamps and is called Robo Star. I paperpieced this cutie in turquoise and pink.

Market Street Stamps was SUPER generous and have donated two of their beautiful (A2 sized) background stamps. One lucky commenter will get the Loopy Loo Polka's background stamp.

And a different lucky commenter will get the Vintage Music Background Stamp.

Here is a reminder on the RULES for my birthday week:

#1: Each day you will have up to three chances to enter for that day's prize. The first way is to simply make a comment on that day's post. You do not have to be a follower of my blog, but I would love it if you wanted to. The second and third ways will vary each day, but you will have to make a SEPARATE comment for each entry for it to count, if you group them all together it will only count as one entry for that day.

#2: If you win I will only be mailing to a US or Canadian address. I will be mailing out a lot of prizes next week and I need to keep the shipping costs reasonable, I hope you will understand.

#3: You must contact me to claim your prize. I will announce all the winners on Monday, May 2nd and you will have one week to contact me with your mailing information.

#4: All entries for the whole week will be combined together for a chance to win the Disney/Pixar Cars Cricut cartridge pictured below.

Bonus Entry #1:  'LIKE' Market Street Stamps on FaceBook (click HERE to go to their page). Then come back and leave me a comment here saying that you did so. On their FaceBook page they notify you of stamp releases, special promotions, giveaways, and of course project inspiration. You definitely won't regret it. (If you already 'like' them simply state so in a comment below).

Bonus Entry #2: "Follow" Market Street Stamps Blog (click HERE to go to their blog). They have just started doing challenges, they have project inspiration and stamp release parties, speaking of which, they have a stamp release happening this very week!!! There are lots of chances to win some of their amazing stamps. I'm already in love with the new Paisley background stamp!! Throwback Thursday Lite Style

Hello everyone, it is time for another fabulous Throwback Thursday at My Creative Time. For the challenge this time we want you to use a Cricut Lite cartridge and make a layout. I hope you will come and join in the fun.

I am WAY behind on my scrapbooking so this was a great challenge for me. I used the Sugar and Spice Cricut cartridge to make a birthday page for my daughter's scrapbook. (You can always click on the pictures to see the details closer up if you would like ).

Isn't this bear the cutest? I used the new and adorable Cute and Cuddly face stamps by Peachy Keen Stamps. I LOVE these!

I used Emma's (My Creative Time's) Wow! So Many Candles stamp set for my project. This set is perfect for all of your birthday projects. I repeatedly stamped Wish Big with watermark ink to make a fun and subtle patterned paper.

I also stamped the 'Happy Birthday' and 'Little Princess' with Market Street Stamps Loopy Loo Polka background stamp. I can't get enough of that background stamp!

I may be biased but I think Peachy Keen stamps manufactures the best stamps around!

I hope you get a chance to play along. Also make sure that you stop by My Creative Time so that you can see Emma and her Design Team's fabulous layouts.
