MCT April Release Sneak Peek Day 2

Hello My Creative Time friends and welcome to day 2 of Emma's new release. I am having TOO much fun using this new release. Today we are featuring an awesome large stamp set with beautiful floral images and sentiments. I got a little carried away and made a few different cards to have on hand. This set is called Bloom Where You are Planted.

This sweet bunch of sunflowers just made me smile when I saw them. I could NOT resist coloring them up! I think it will make a sweet thank you card to have on hand.

This one was made using both of the pretty rose images and a perfectly coordinated sentiment.

And here is the last one that I made.

This little flower reminded me of one of the flowers on Alice in Wonderland. I just had to add a sweet little Peachy Keen Face to it (Simple Sallies - the smallest size in the assortment pack). I love how the flower petals look like her hair and the leaves look like her little hands.

Sweet Birthday!

Happy FRIDAY! I wanted to share yet another card that I made with the new April 2012 Stamp Kit of the Month by Peachy Keen Stamps. Isn't that cupcake ADORABLE?! Well you can make it even cuter with an add on set called With a Cherry on Top

The basic cupcake and face is from the Stamp Kit of the Month, and the sentiment, nose and 'icing' part of the cupcake are from the With a Cherry on Top. The patterned paper is by DCWV Nana's Kitchen. I added some stitching and doodling, a little bit of trendy twine and a button.

Action Wobble - Wobble Wednesday Challenge

If you are a LOVER of Action Wobbles then there is a new challenge that has started that is just for you. The new challenge is called Wobble Wednesday and you can look in on the fun HERE.

There will be new challenges each week with a different designer hosting the challenge. Since this is our launch week we are all sending a little inspiration your way. This also means that you can create ANYTHING you want to using an Action Wobble this week. Just link it up on the challenge blog HERE.

Here is my Nemo birthday card. He looks so cute on an Action Wobble!!!

Nemo comes from the Best of Pixar Cricut cartridge (he is one of the easiest Disney or Pixar characters I've assembled so far). The Happy Birthday sentiment is from Emma's Many Greetings Stamp set and the white swirly doodling was totally inspired by one of my PKS design team sisters, Miss Jennie Garcia

Here is a VERY quick video of Nemo swimming along thanks to an Action Wobble:

Have a wonderful Wednesday! And if you get a second and want to check out my Everyday Cricut project for the day that would be awesome too!!! I will also be having a My Creative Time Sneak Peek up in just a few minutes so keep an eye out for that! Just keep swimming! Hugs- Glora

Wishing you the Best Birthday Ever!

I made this card with a darling and special little 3 year old in mind. She LOVES elephants and the colors pink and green. So I thought this cute card with an elephant holding 3 balloons from its tail would be a hit with her and I was right :). She loves it and I'm so glad.

This darling elephant is a stamp by Peachy Keen Stamps and is called Happy Go Lucky Elephant. It is just too cute and did you know that this darling stamp has just been made into a die as well. You can pre-order the die at a sale price through January 30th HERE. And of course the stamp I used is already available for purchase. The balloons are a paper punch I've had for years and the PERFECT birthday sentiment is from the Wow! So Many Candles stamp set by My Creative Time.

I hope you are having a FABULOUS day. I will be back on Friday for a fun Peachy Keen Valentine's Day project. I hope to see you then. Hugs- Glora

Monday Madness... Imagine That (Congratulations on Your Baptism)

Hello My Creative Time friends and welcome to another Monday Madness... Imagine That. For these projects we always make something with our Imagine Machines or something Imagine like if we don't have an Imagine. I don't have an Imagine so I used patterned paper and a background stamp to make my card Imagine like.

Emma had asked us to use the colors chocolate, teal and red. I also got to use her Many Greetings stamp set. I LOVE this set because it has a little bit of EVERYTHING on it! This was PERFECT timing for using this stamp set too because my daughter just got baptized on Saturday and it had the perfect sentiment for that. The girl on this card may look a little older than you might expect for a baptism card, but in my church children don't get baptized until they are 8. My little paper doll's darling face is from the Happy :Lashes Face Assortment by Peachy Keen Stamps. I also did some clear embossing on her dress with the Sweet Lace background stamp by Market Street Stamps. I really love the white on white effect it gives.

Make sure to hop on over to Emma's blog to see what she and some of the designers have for you today! Have a wonderful day! Hugs- Glora
