I used a photo I took at Faircgild Botanical Gardens last month. There are hundreds of benches throughout the gardens, but it was this one that really caught my eye.

I used the template with a soon to be released kit from Nibbles Skribbles called Dear Diary.

There's also an adorable mini kit called Gallimaufry. It's full of thick rich colors and can be used for scrapping all kinds of photos. take a look at the preview...

Butterflies Are Free Revamped!

Scraps of Ellay has revamped one of my favorite kits---Butterflies Are Free. It's such a fun kit and it is huge! There are 17 papers, 69 elements and 2 full alphas! I know that some of the other CT members have had some fun scrapping family pictures from the 70s so make sure you check out Ellay's blog for some awesome layout inspiration.

Here are two layouts I made with the kit. These were both make for challenges at Stuff to Scrap.





This layout is of my little friend Vincent who has no problem taking your drink if you set it down. Here he is after he got hold of his Grandfather's coffee. LOL!



I used a template from the Karly's Dollies Template set for Vincent's layout. The templates are also available in the Scraps of Ellay store.

I can't even begin to tell you how cold it is here! Shel laughs at me every time I tell her I'm cold because she lives in Minnesota and thinks we're practically having a heat wave here. LOL! That would be the reason I don't live in Minnesota!

I wish you could see how the kids come to school all bundled up in these heavy coats with hats and gloves and even boots. I don't even where they bought all that stuff. LOL!
