Havasupai or Bust!

So Rangi and I are headed out for a relaxing weekend alone?... A twelve mile hike one way, plus you have to HIKE to other cool stuff, plus I had to get a sub for my class on sunday, pack my kids bags, pack my own bag AND everything else you could possibly need to survive in the middle of nowhere,did I mention Rangi's birthday was this weekend? I smell a rat. Am I going to come home feeling like I had a vacation or not? On the upside I have heard that it is awesome and not to be missed in a lifetime, but was that only from Rangi and Rocky when they were trying to convince me to let them go? I will let you know...

So for those of you who don't know I gave Rangi a hard time for not being involved in the blog, then when he wanted to post a picture of the DUMPSTER on my newly updated blog I said no, initially. Today Livi and I were in the backyard talking about babies, and she said, "I think that Aunt Robyn is going to have a baby because she is getting pretty fat." (yeah in about 8 weeks!!! I guess we never directly told her) P.S. Robyn you look great!

The Wedding...

my baby sister got married on Saturday and I am still coming to grips with the fact that life is going too fast. It was a perfect day everything was beautiful especially her. I couldn't get enough pictures of my kids so bear with me. Welcome to the family Dave #2, we are so excited for you guys!

Happy Birthday Baby!

Caroline turned two years old on April 8th, we celebrated her birthday at Chuck E. Cheese with our family. She was so excited, she could hardly stand it! We had so much fun watching her. She is such a fun baby she is always happy and so loving. Call me crazy but I LOVE this age, she can talk and play with the other kids and she says the cutest things!

What a mess...

I hope none of you were admiring my kitchen in the picture of Livi making jam, because it is no longer. We have had it with pink tile so we took the plunge and started a new kitchen, it was a mess for a week but we are no longer pretty in pink.

April Fools regrets...

For those of you that thought I was going to apologize for some pranks I have pulled, sorry maybe in another life. Actually I am so disappointed in myself for not doing even the slightest April Fools prank. Those of you that know me, know I have been known to play an occasional trick or two; so this is my plea... any ideas for me to play on anyone (friends, husbands, siblings). This is my guaranty if you have my favorite idea I PROMISE NOT TO PLAY IT ON YOU! And for those of you looking for a cheap trick this is my favorite: slather someones toothbrush in Orajel (its clear in color and leaves a numb sensation for a good 5 minutes).
