Last night my little sister came over to get her nails done. She told me I could do them whatever way I wanted and with whatever colors, but that was short lived as soon as she started shooting down color after color after color I picked out - lol - just kidding! She only shot down a couple, lmao! Anyway, I did a couple of test color and designs on my nails so she could pick which one she liked better. I actually did one that I liked so much, I made it MY koni of the day! I will do a post on mine later.

TOTD - BABY BLUE AND GOLD
Colette of My Simple Pleasures must have really been an inspiration to me this week, because this is the third time I have mentioned her today :) Earlier this week Colette did a koni and she used Misa - Ghetto Fabulous as the color she stamped with. So last night after painting my toe nails with Time Square NY - Aqua Pastel, I thought Ghetto Fab might work as a good stamping color. I am really digging this color combo! I only wish that the gold was a little more in your face, but usually that's how I like my nail colors. I might try this combo on my nails soon. I forgot to get the plate number, but this is the full nail pattern in the zebra print.

MORE GREEN MANI'S
This past weekend I was in full on swatch mode. I did a ton of nail polish swatches, and I used alot of my new nail polish I got from my Las Vegas haul. Here are some of the green nail polishes that I used.
For the base I used Time Square - Mint Pastel

Then I topped that off with Nabi - Beige Glitter

I even went outside and snapped a couple of pics of this in the sun. This is really a pretty combo. You have to enlarge the pics to really see just how sparkly it is.

LILAC PASTEL - ALL DRESSED UP!
TIME SQUARE NEW YORK PASTELS
Last week I showed you all the three pastels I got from Transdeign. Quite a few of you showed an interest in them, and I was pretty curious how well these would do myself. So, I decided to try them all out and post up some swatches of them for you. Ladies, Ladies, Ladies!!! I love these! I can't believe I got these for 49 cents!
I loved all three of these colors. They were all pretty nicely pigmented and reached bottle color in only two coats. However, they really did need a third coat just to smooth it out nicely. These colors can be found at Trans Design under the brand Kolor Ring and are regularly priced at $1.37. I see at least three more colors I will be getting!
