bath tub is love!
I just love dainty bathrooms! especially those that have walk in tubs, so inviting! It makes me want to dip and take time while enjoying the scent of candles and aroma therapy bubble bath! That is why, I am so thankful for my parents for letting us use of their appartment house, that has believe it or not, a tub! It was the nicest place in the house that I love, that is why whenever I'm stressed or anything after a long day, I make sure to dip and enjoy an hour or so while reading a book or magazine. Super relaxing and yes, I feel so sosyal! lol

home theater
Hubby and I have been wanting to buy one of those hdtv for the longest time now, but the price is so high up to this writing and yes, there are still a lot of things that needs to be prioritize first that is why, even if we can avail of one, we just can't do the big jump for it. Anyways, what we don now is just search the web for those that are available for grabs, hoping, that we can get a good deal in the near future. Been seeing a lot of online stores that offers affordable units of lcd and plasma televisons in different brands, but of course, we are looking after for the best brands like Sony or Samsung. As expected there are so many units in the said brands, so nice and really wanting to be grabbed! Well, let's see, hoping for a good deals before the year ends or early next year when finances are not that high. I would really want to get one cool flat unit or one of those Home Theater San Diego by the Southwest Audio Visual! complete with the home theatre speakers, boosters and all the works! perfect for movie marathon with the whole family! Actually, I only want a simple set up just what my parents has in their house, something not so luxurious but the capacity and the effects is so strong the beats and base can really pump out great.

wet foams
Remember my summer house project for our terrace? Well, its doing fine still now, we get to stay day during the hot afternoons and eat dinner once in a while, even Olin loves staying in the terrace because of the fresh air makes her feel comfy. But there is this one problem now whenever it rains, the sofa sets and other furniture gets wet! My mom asked me to look for outdoor furniture covers for protection especially now that it is rainy months. I hope that I would get to find affordable covers for the stuffs outside, we just cannot let it get wet every time it rains.

My answers:: IRONING - my mom hates this chore too, I got it from her I guess :) now that we don't have a help now for more than three months now I just opt to hire a planchadora (iron lady) to do the ironing once every two weeks. And yes, we can actually survive without a help/nanny :) I'm a domesticated wife and mother!

more on a Monday morning
It's Monday and I'm up as early as 5:30! It's a new thing from me, I know. But I promised to myself that I would be a productive mom, wife, blogger and a home maker this week! I had too, for no one would be doing all the chores for us but who else? but me! So anyways, because I was up early, I was able to catch the morning show on television and it featured a lot of home improvement tips and must do. It was really useful, especially for a mother like me who doesn't have a help and a baby sitter, thus time management is a must. They give out examples of excellent itineraries that we, mothers can copy and modify in a way it would perfectly fit our chores and schedules.
Also, they discussed about those Home improvement loans that banks and financial institutions are giving out on many affordable ways. In fact, even on websites, Home improvement loan are also available for grabs to those who are looking for other packages like unsecured home inprovement loan.
So if you are one of those mothers that are looking for great tips on making your own home a better place to live for you and your family, might as well watch those morning television shows that are full of tips and suggestions.

soak and relax
Friends who sees our our little abode for the first usually compliments our bath tub, I mean, they were most of the time jealous because they think that having a tub in one's home is quite cool, having it very accessible whenever you want to take a dip and relax after a long stressful work. But you know what, it has been almost a year since we transfer here and I only had one dip at our tub! yes, only once. My friends whom I told that were surprised why we are not taking the advantage of that walk in tubs, you see having a busy life sometimes makes you too tired to do such thing that we usually opt to lay down and sleep. But having to read a lot of benefits from a relaxing bath soak might get me interested in filling it up with water and soaking in the days to come.

bath tubs
was glued on Deal or No Deal earlier this evening and i was so touch just like Kris Aquino on the desired wants of the player, he said that if ever he won something he'll make sure to get his wife a bath tub because it was the longest dream of her wife, you see getting hot tubs is still costs more than the regular bathing cubicle. i mean, it was an honest revelation to the whole world how he wanted to please his wife, with that very simple request. and it really touches everyone, with that, Kris promise him that if ever he already had given his wife the tub she wishes, she'll be the one to provide all and every scents of bubble bath for the wife! sweet...

vacuum
one of the greatest inventions for the household use are the cleaning machines such as Miele vacuum, a brand that comes close to perfection. i remember when our vacuum conked up on us twice while hubby is cleaning the carpet, imagine how tiring it was to clean it by hand using the roller brush. my father was the one suggested on that brand that if ever we are planning to get one, but we are still thinking if it would fit the budget. hopefully soon.

bugs
in connection with nights and bedtime, have you ever had an experience with bed begs and those stuff related to it? i have one friends who had been a victim of it, you see what intrigues me is that my friends is really into having everything clean and in order but was still invaded by bugs. weird but true. there are many ways those bugs and insects can get through your house even if it is clean the fact that it can transfer from one place to another. one thing you can do to prevent it from having it stays is to know a little bit of knowledge about them, getting handy with your own Bed Bugs Guide will surely help.

We live where?!
do you wanna know where we live?!
we actually live in a province like place somewhere in Cavite... although we are inside a subdivision (uhuh) but unfortunately the developer still wasn't able to have the roads cemented. thus we still pass through the rough road streets. :( talk about dust during the hot summer days and mud all over during the rainy season. but we are getting used to it actually, besides who doesn't want fresh air and a peaceful environment? :) that's something we really love about the place. we have the friendliest neighbors, who still does 'bayanihan' with everything. helps my husband every time he does something and whenever he needs help, without expecting anything in return. sometimes during the afternoon yaya brings out Olin to the neighbors to make 'chicka' and stuff while i do my blogging or while preparing dinner. sometimes when Amiel gets home early we walk around the subdivision and spend the rest of the afternoon playing outside. here are some of the pics hubby took while we where outside the house...

if you are in the US and is in the process of looking a place where to live, you might want to check out the ever famous Arizona luxury real estate which according to their website offers vast variety of luxurious homes to choose from. What's really nice with their online site is their Real Estate Agents who are available 24/7 to answer all your questions and inquiries regarding the properties. and they can help you up with finding the right and suitable home for you at the right place with the right price that will fit your budget, plus you'll never get lost with the requirements and documents that needs to be process since their Agents will be the one to take care of that for you. so there, since moving in one place to another in the states is something like changing clothes and shoes i think you should better check out their site for your future reference.

store store store!
ive'd been thinking of ways on how will i be able to organize my scattered stuffs like make-ups that is barely touch, accessories for going out and other kikay paraphernalias, since we are about to go back to our place soon, it'll be a great mess if i wouldn't have the organizer or stacker to arrange all those things. just like now, Olin has a more of those little toys and accessories and that too be kept in proper places, until she'll be able to play and use those things. that is everytime we go to a department stores, i keep on looking for those storage canisters or bins or anything that can accomodate my props and all, like something from a website of Yazzii that features a lot of different kinds of craft and bag organizers. what catches my eyes are the make-ups and Jewelery Storage that are really fancy looking and has this girly styles bags! and likewise, they have this cute baby organizers that has many compartments for every little stuff for your babies things and props.
