Debut album by Cattle Decapitation. Stylistically the 18 tracks on the 18:49 minutes long release, are pretty raw and noisy grindcore with politically charged and gory animal rights/anti-human lyrics. The sound production is raw and unpolished, but still clearly professional. The musicianship is solid too, and all in all 'Human Jerky' is a decent first label release by Cattle Decapitation.
