The 13th album by My Dying Bride marks a change in the lineup with the departure of long time guitarist Hamish Hamilton Glencross and the return of their initial guitarist Calvin Robertshaw. It appears to have a lack of death metal characteristics and is more focused on melody and atmospheric maneuvers in the dark. They have released yet another miserable opus that will satisfy their loyal fan base and also anyone who likes their doom metal depressive.
