4th album by Heathen Foray. Perhaps their weakest album til now. This is not a bad record, but i think it lacks in power and weight. Clean vocals mixed with growling, unusual song structure, melodic riffing and nice choruses.  It  will both unite fans from power, viking and melodic death metal, as much as they will alienate them in each of these particular fan camps.

The 2nd album by Fog War, finds them more mature in every section. Soundwise they've put more melody, flirting with speed metal a lot, but without losing the thrash cliches. Semi-technical guitarwork, gang vocals, up tempos, impressive melodies and aggression. Surely one of the best thrash albums of this year.

4th album (in 5 years) by Entrails. In my opinion, this is the weakest album in the group's discography. It is a pretty solid release, with great sound (credits to Dan Swano), but the interesting riffing and the memorable songs are missing. Perhaps they should work more and release albums not so often!

Crossover elements can be foundm but they are fewer compared to their earlier releases. The album offers heavy crossover thrash riffs, with plenty of excellent break downs and '80s nostalgia.

David Chastain hasn't lost any of his ability to write 80s-style songs, and Leather Leone's voice is a little grimmer and fiercer. The riffs are mostly pure galloping speed/heavy, with plenty of melody.
