6th album by Nachtmystium. Some of the more accessible edges of the previous 2 albums are minimized in favour of pure black metal. The production remains gritty and hoarse and the sound is still a mix of dense, atmospheric and relentless, grinding riffs. Fans of the band’s earlier, more traditional work will dig it. There’s a bit of experimentation here as well, so fans of Assassins and Addicts should be able to find something they like as well.
