3rd album by W.A.S.P. Guitarist Randy Piper quits and Blackie Lawless puts the bass down and takes up rhythm guitar and vocals. It is definitely a litlle bit below the band's first two releases, but still shouldn't be easily dismissed. This has some totally amazing material on it as well.
