Woods Of Ypres - Against The Seasons: Cold Winter Songs From The Dead Summer Heat 'Ep

Genre: Black/Doom
Country: Canada
Year: 2002

1. The Shams Of Optimism
2. Crossing The 45th Parallel

Great first 'Ep by Woods Of Ypres. The band's music is based on raw black metal mixed with some dark melodies that create a very doomish atmosphere. The music is going from raw guitars and blast beats to slow-paced melodic dark passages. The result is something pretty varied and interesting.

Motorhead - Bomber

Genre: Heavy/Rock'N'Roll
Country: England
Year: 1979

1. Dead Men Tell No Tales
2. Lawman
3. Sweet Revenge
4. Sharpshooter
5. Poison

8. Step Down
9. Talking Head

3rd album by Motorhead. The album continues Motorhead's ongoing fusion of heavy metal aggression and volume, punk rock attitude and classic rock 'n' roll songwriting. The tracklist is notoriously bluesier than their following endeavors, with Fast Eddie's and Phil Taylor's  great performances next to Lemmy's.
