Forefather - Deep Into Time

Genre: Mel. Black
Country: England
Year: 1999

1. Intro
2. Natural Chaos
3. Deep Into Time
4. Immortal Wisdom
5. Visions Of Elders
6. Dusk To Dawn
7. Ancient Voice
8. The Ornamented Sword
9. The Wilde Dance

Debut album by Forefather. The two brothers created a work that doesn't yet sound as mature and intricate as the later albums, but this record has the 'stigma' of what is going to follow. Fast, primitive and aggressive black metal songs, full of melodies, keyboards and blastbeats (drum-machine) with croaky and clean vocals, paying homage to their influences (Bathory, Immortal, etc).

King Diamond - Abigail

Genre: Heavy
Country: Denmark
Year: 1987

1. Funeral
2. Arrival
3. A Mansion In Darkness
4. The Family Ghost
5. The 7th Day Of July 1777
6. Omens
7. The Possession
8. Abigail
9. Black Horsemen

King Diamond's second album is without a doubt one of the quintessential classic metal albums. A concept album telling the horror story of a couple plagued by the spirit of baby Abigail.  Vocals are definitely not the only thing that is perfect on this album, as the guitars sound fucking amazing as well.

Genre: Thrash
Country: Canada
Year: 2009

1. Mad Dog
2. Black Holocaust

16. Pre-Nuclear Moose
17. (POST) Nuclear Moose

Debut album by Bombnation. The tracks are short and concise and most of them sound quite similar to each other, but the speed and energy compensate for it to some extent. The riffs are arguably on the simple side but in general there is a good emphasis on the guitar and the production is more than sufficiently heavy and sharp.

Several years passed between Blunt Force Trauma's 'Ep and it's release, partly due to a lineup change in the band.
