Debut album by Incubus. It was definitely a groundbreaking fusion of thrash and death metal, but it never saw a proper distribution and was buried in oblivion. What we have here is a record full of awesome songs, memorable riffs, all with sharp execution to make a convincing attack. Scott Latour's vocal style sounds shouted, yet growled at the same time.

Debut album by Massacre. By the time of it's making, death metal was just taking it's first steps, so the guitar riffs are still very, very thrashy. But you don't hear that thanks to the sonically heavy and intense production Scott Burns gave this. Kam Lee employs a very unique tri-vocal attack (a harsh death grunt, a bellowing roar, and a sick piercing scream). Death metal masterpiece.

It is their most furious album, presenting the world some superb hyperactive thrash metal with very characteristic vocals and a lot of catchy vocal lines, choruses and hooks. This is just straight-up thrash, fast riffage for your headbanging enjoyment. Amazing pounding riffs are heard throughout the album, as well as several dual guitar solos.  The highly distorted guitars add a more heavier and dark sound to the riffs.
