5th album by Gorguts, 12 years after their last one and with guitarist/vocalist Luc Lemay, the only original member, recruiting bassist Colin Marston (Dysrhythmia,etc.), guitarist Kevin Hufnagel (Dysrhythmia,etc.) and drummer John Longstreth (Origin,etc.). Each song masterfully builds up atmospheres full of dread and discomfort! It’s technical enough and will please any musician, but is a fun enough listen for those of us who just want to hear something that crushes.
