The 8th album by Arckanum is a conceptual album about Ferniz the wolf, the son of Loki in Norse mythology. Shamaatae shifts from the more melodic sound of the past few albums for a stripped-down, almost punkier sound. The sound and production values are that of raw, even primitive black metal.
