Blueberry Sour Cream Cake - Gluten-free
It is time for this month's I mprov Challenge and the two ingredients are berries and cream. I decided when this was shared that I was going to make something a little different but ended up planning on making a yummy mousse......We know about the best laid plans and what can happen to them.....so you see a blueberry sour cream cake. Blueberry Sour Cream Cake Ingredients: 1/2 cup oil minus 1 tablespoon 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 2 cups gluten-free flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen 1/2 cup brown sugar Method: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
