Here's a little bit about Elli.

Hi there! :-)

I'm Elli and I'm very happy to be a guest designer here at Berry71Bleu Challenges. I’m a stay-at-home mother of two lovely children. And I have a wonderful husband, who supports me in all my adventures.



Been through many hobbies, but since I discovered scrapbooking and especially mixed media, they turned into a real passion. In my projects I love trying out new techniques and designs and adore playing with textures, layers, colors, stamps, splashing and flowers!



For the current challenge "Summer is here" I created a Mixed Media Wedding Guest Book I want to share with you. Hope you like it!

Mixed Media Layout - Special Guest Designer - Elena Martynova

Here's a little about Elena! ;-)

Hi! My name is Elena Martynova. I live in a big southern town in Russia.
I have a large garden, dog and three cats. The bulk of the time I do housework, raising children and creativity. Creativity is my favorite hobby. I really love making albums, pages, cards and notebooks.
 I like to work in various styles, but my favorite is mixed media.
I am addicted to stamps, creative mediums, dies, colors and papers! My style is most of the time very colorful. I try to express my mood in everything I do.

Here's what she said about it.

The moodboard of the new challenge was very inspiring to me. I made a layout with photo of my daughter. I used new collection of paper Roze Quarz by Prima Marketing. The Board gave me the idea to choose the sheet with a wooden print. I also used a lot of flowers in delicate yellow and pink colors. To add greenery to my work, I refreshed leaves of flowers with green spray by Lindy's.

Today I am Guest Artist, here at this fabulous monthly challenge site "Berry71Bleu".

This month for February the Mood Board Challenge is a really

gorgeous mood board. Take a look…..

But firstly a little about myself,

My name is Adriana Bolzon,

I have been a devoted Scrapbooker, card and paper crafter for over 15 years.  You will always find me in my craft room creating, experimenting with different techniques and products, and hopefully inspired others to give it a go. It is a hobby and creative outlet, which I am totally passionate about. I believe that preserving memories are important, and scrapbooking is a great way to create lasting treasures to keep or to give as gifts.  My style is very classic with a distressed, shabby chic and vintage twist. Another passion of mine is creating altered art pieces, turning everyday items into works of art.  My work has been published in many Paper-crafting magazines around the world, and also featured on online scrapbooking forums.

I live in beautiful South Australia with my husband & daughter. I am very fortunate to have been on many paper crafting Design Teams including Kaisercraft, Couture Creations (Artdeco Creations) and many more.

Here is my project for the challenge….
 

I took inspiration from the beautiful pinks, flowers and the small window frames of the old phone booth and created this framed Off the page project.

I covered the whole frame with white gesso and then
added some muslin cloth to soften around the edges. 
Using the new release papers and dies from 
Ultimate Crafts -
Artdeco Creations - Couture Creations

using these collections "Enchanted Tea Party" collection of papers, dies & stamps
"L"Aquarelle" papers, stamps & dies

I cut the dies and covered some of the dies with embossing powders 

Using the stamp set from the
 Ultimate Crafts L'aquarelle stamp set ULT157796
for the flowers of the vase.

Love this dragonfly die Ultimate Crafts L'Aquarelle Dragonfly Die set ULT157785 - I heat embossed the wings and body.

 My bio:

Hello, My name is Amelie. I live in Quebec, Canada, Rimouski more precisely, a city located on the shores of beautiful St. Lawrence River. I live with my partner of 13 years, as well as Clara our 6 year old daughter and Albert our golden retriever. I'm manager for the family business.

I discovered scrapbooking by chance, passing a newsstand it 12 years ago. I immediately had the bite, it became a passion for me. I like to create my background pages myself, I love the spray inks, powders, the modeling paste and masks. I love getting my hands dirty !!! I also love the stamps and dies of doilies or foliage. I'm so happy to be a Guest Designer at Berry71Bleu and for the opportunity of showing you my project for this month’s sketch challenge.
My name is Alicja Staszak and I live in Poland. When I have some free time, I do scrapbook projects such as tags, canvas, layouts and altered art. I like working in different styles and techniques to try something new. I fell in love with mixed media - there is nothing better than playing with mists, paints and others!
