THE BEST OF TIMES

Hi!
Today I have just one vintage page for Scrap FX.

This time my title  The Best of Times    was painted with white acrylic paint and crackle paint.
Next I was busy with retro telephone, since this chipboard looked great already  I just touched it up a little with gesso and ink.

I have a new project today. If you saw this month releases  from Scrap FX you know there will be much more projects on our blog with Vintage/Steampunk chipboards.
I would like to point out you can use the style you like the most.

My lovely blue chipboard did not looked so romantic before I use paint and powder on it.  Steampunk Corner A – Tap
The new - Rose Stencil  –  will be my fav for some time! Love the look of all 4 corners on my page and was playing with it on several new projects! I will show you next time.
Title of this page -”Indulgence“ got my attention from the first moment I saw it. I was thinking, …. “what can I do with it?” So I did what I like to do, used it as a title. Plus, I learned a new word!

I want to share today another WP based page with great Scrap FX chipboards .
You can find here Tree swing and one of Rag dolls.This time I decided to leave the doll the way  I got it, I like a lot the neutral look, but with 2 others one from the set I will have more fun next time.

 I used OUAS sketch and I also made some journaling on my page.

My lucky 13

I know it`s to early to choose your fav`s of this year. I know I`m still going to finish more then 20 projects in 2012 so this time I just want to focus on what I liked to do so far.
Looks like blue and pink are my fav colors. I like to work with just 2 colors on my projects or...go crazy like I did with one of my canvas below /easy to find:)/.
I like to add some paints, mists and gesso, I like fussy cutting and lace, color, sepia and black and white photos, I like to distress photos and shabby/romantic/mixed media look.
I love my chipboards, stencils and mask. I started to scrap some old vintage family  photos and I will definitly continue it in 2013. I aslo plan to make more pages with my boy, I made many pages with photos of my two children together and I liked it a lot.Need to make more pages about places I went to like Australia, Singapore,Italy, South Africa.
I`m very happy I will continue designing for several companys in 2013 and I`m looking forward to new oportunities.
My English will /maybe/ get better, maybe not, it`s my 5th but I`m ok with it and I hope YOU are 
too :)

So I mixed some Webster`s pages collections /how much I admire the old ones! /with a touch of mixed media and Scrap FX chipboard.
I used a new August sketch from ASS ;

and going to join BITW challenge /WINTER/ and Z&Z Banner Challenge.

MY SISTER & ME with Webster`s pages and Scrap FX

I hope you have fun this weekend?
I was so busy in last couple of weeks I forgot to post two layouts.
This one I made for 3 challenges I liked ; CSI #41, BITW and great sketch from aussiescrapsource.com.
90% of Webster`s pages , 2% of Scrap FX, the rest paints and mists mixed with gesso.

I jeszcze chciałam Wam powiedzieć o tym co lubię...:)
Bardzo lubię łączenie pasteli na moich pracach,  efekt użycia masek i gesso, dodawane "podrasowanych" chipboardów /te widać w każdej mojej pracy/ i nieco "zamglone" zdjęcia.
Spodobało mi się więc wyzwanie "To lubię" , szczególnie iż mam wielka ochotę popracować na nowych papierach. Moja ulubiona paleta kolorystyczna!I te piękne okienka!

Byłoby bardzo miło gdybyście znalazły czas w ten weekend....albo następny aby zabawić się z nami /Berry 71 Bleu, mamy ciekawe wyzwanie!

I had a chance to work with stencils from Scrap FX on Webster`s pages papers. Made my fingers dirty with gesso, paint, paste, mists and embossing powder. 

I hope I can convince you to do it too? I can promiss, it`s lot`s of fun!

I also have two chipboards from my Scrap FX collection for one nice and "random" person leaving comments on my post here or Berry 71 Bleu.   You will have time to use it for our next challenge in November /will be good a one too:)/
It`s also too early talking about December...too bad:)
