I have a hard time erasing pencil lines, does that happen to you?

I think i am drawing light...

time to do the pencil test that a blog friend shared with me!

winter's crystals are precious to me

they are often born through the night

a morning delight

all conditions must be just right

for their temporary appearance

the forest becomes an enchanted place

and the tiniest breeze 

has crystals drifting through the air

Solstice Fae

for you and me

on the longest night

the shortest day

she appeared from the winter forest

with a garland of candles as her crown

to light the way

for you and me

all the creatures large and small

more and more light

each day

D.C. Tattoo

years and years ago

in a night's dream

someone said: let me touch up your tattoo

i said: what tattoo?

she pointed to my torso

i lifted my top to find flowers and leaves

much like the painting above

but 

they were alive and moving as well!

I loved it

funny thing is, that i have never wanted a tattoo

perhaps all my freckles 

are enough body art for me

Tiny Witch

a tiny forest witch

sits upon her rosy thrown

enjoying her woodland realm

i just never know what i will find on the forest floor

so many beautiful mushrooms these days!

i am so happy and loving seeing them

DC: Nature

her very nature sprung from the forest floor 

inspired by the blooming fungi

though they were the fruit of the underworld

they also seemed like fairy kin

a mix of magic and earth

~

finding mushrooms

is a great joy

they are colorfully creative beings

one of my favorites also to photograph

they can be found in my photography shop

Go Slow

 

her spirit told her
go slow

in doing so the world became
vital and exquisite

she left a shimmering trail as she wandered through life

for eons people followed
her incandescent paths
they found wonders they never knew
gems amongst wee tiny flowers
bugs that flew
shrooms that grew

a leisurely pace

reveals treasures
