TUTORIAL: HOW TO

"CUSTOM CHIPBOARD GLITTER TECHNIQUE"

Supplies:

1. Chipboard Shapes.

2. 3-D Fabric Paint "Scribbles" (Color of choice).

3. Glitter ( Same color of Paint).

4. Paint Brush.

Instructions:

1. Apply the paint to the chipboard Shape.

2. Spread the paint with paint brush or fingers, covering sides too.

3. Immediately cover the painted chipboard with the glitter.

4. Let the chipboard dry completely. This should take about 5 hrs.


5. Rubb excess of glitter with fingers.
