Letters in het interieur zijn helemaal hot! Je hebt ze in allerlei variaties, van heel klein tot heel groot, gemaakt van verschillende materialen en in allerlei kleuren. Je ziet ze overal opduiken in woontijdschriften, op weblogs, in de winkels en in mijn huiskamer….. Zo kocht ik een tijdje geleden deze ijzeren letters voor maar € 0,50 per stuk. Omdat de meeste klinkers waren uitverkocht leek het mij wel leuk om de eerste letter van onze vier voornamen te nemen. En de letter “X” vond ik sowieso wel leuk dus ook die maar gekocht. Achteraf maar goed want de letter “J” wilde niet blijven staan……daarom wonen we nu met mister “X”, maar ik heb de "J" er toch maar even bij gelegd….
Characters in interiors are a big hit! They appear in all kind of variations, very small and very big and in different materials and colors. You see them in interior-magazines, on weblogs, in shops and in my living-room… So I bought these iron characters some time ago for only € 0,50 a piece. Most of the vowels were sold out so I thought it would be nice to buy the first characters of our names. And I liked the “X” as well, so I bought it. Afterwards a good idea because the “J” could not stand up right……that’s why we now live with Mister X, but with the “J” nearby…..

En dan deze mooie sierletters op naturel stenen eieren, ik heb ze een paar jaar geleden gekocht op een woonbeurs en in het voorjaar komen ze weer tevoorschijn.
And these beautiful curly characters on natural colored stone eggs, I bought them a few years ago on a interior-fair and in springtime they appear again.
En met mijn tekststempel kan ik zelf natuurlijk heel veel lettertjes produceren! Ik heb deze eieren wit geverfd en daarna kris kras bestempeld met een tekststempel.
And with my text-stamp I can produce a lot of characters by myself! I painted these eggs white and stamped them criss-cross with my text-stamp.

Tot zover mijn lettertjes-bericht en nu ik het toch over letters heb….. ik wil jullie allemaal heel hartelijk bedanken voor alle lieve en enthousiaste reacties die ik krijg op mijn berichten. En tegelijkertijd mijn excuses voor het feit dat ik niet altijd de tijd heb om jullie allemaal een reactie terug te geven, maar ik hou jullie blogs zeker in de gaten!
