Let's Celebrate

Hi stampers!  Happy Monday!  I hope your week is starting better than ours.  On top of the flu we have around here, Ian has an ear infection now.  I'm ready for everyone to be healthy!  So, it's a quick post today!

Birthday Bonanza and the Stitched So Sweetly Dies pair so well together!  My little lion is perfect in Mango and Curry and I snipped his little mane all the way around and used my bone folder to curl it up for a bit of dimension.  I also love this DSP pattern, so festive!

Back to taking care of my boys!

Starting Simply

Hi stampers!  Edited to add:  I've been trying to post this for two days!  For some reason this picture would act like it imported on my Mac but I couldn't find the image anywhere!  OY!  Finally, here we go!

My first official post of 2020!  I'm going to start off simply this week (after being in Illinois for over two weeks...so you can imagine what my house looks like after unpacking a car full of Christmas haha)!  The January-June Mini Catalog went live this week and I'm so excited about it!

I whipped up this cute but super simple card before I left home for the holidays!  I had to use the Bonanza Birthday Stamp Set first!

I'll admit, they look a little freaky without their faces on but they ares to stinkin' cute!  Just add some ink and a notecard and you have a cute little birthday card.  What kid wouldn't love this cute guy?

Off to organize and unpack some more.  I'm so far behind!

Mailable Monday - Superhero Edition

Hi stampers!  Happy Monday!  I don't know about your house, but around here, we are ALL about the superheroes!  I may have tried to be a good mom and buy Ian some superhero t-shirts (Carter's sells licensed characters now, FYI) and now it's ALL he wants to wear!  If I dare bring him one of his other shirts, he's super offended :-)  Tomorrow is school picture day so I'm crossing my fingers he will wear a nice shirt and not want to be Batman, lol!  It's funny because he's never really cared much about what he wears but he sure does now!

Anyway, I passed on all of the Halloween items in the holiday catalog in August, if you remember.  But then I saw some cards with the Spooky Sweets Bundle and these adorable bats and I realized I needed it.  I also realized when it came that it would make the perfect Batman card and it came RIGHT at the height of the Batman obsession.

It's pretty simple but I'm excited to play around and make some more SUPER cards!  Even dad may have come in my office the other day and asked to play with this one ;-)  I made my sentiment my piecing together the "you are" from Thoughtful Banners and then used Labeler Alphabet.  Don't be afraid to mix and match with sentiments, that's totally in right now and I think it's a fun look.

Happy stamping!

Mailable Monday - Treehouse

Hi stampers!  Happy Monday!  We had a BIG weekend here!  Ian turned 4 on Sunday and we had two sets of three grandparents in and a party for him on Saturday!  It was a lot of fun and it's kind of hard to believe our little boy is getting big!

So, here's a quick card and a quick post because this momma is TIRED!  I finally broke out the Tree House Adventure stamp set, it's so cute!  I made it a little girly I think but really, it could work for any little kiddo!

Happy stamping!
