Excellent Ending to the Series Tish Amble has had to flee from everyone she's grown to love and hide away with a new identity. She must do this to protect her family, friends and the man she loves. Unfortunately just as she's starting to get used to her new lifestyle of being a college student and beginning to renovate houses again, someone begins sabotaging her work and tries to harm her. Fleeing from the scene, Tish returns back to Michigan under disguise to see her family again. Most importantly she wants to know about Brad, who she's had no contact with at all. However when she gets there, the happy reunion she thought she'd receive is nowhere to be found. When I started reading this book, I was totally confused. For some reason, when I finished reading Kill Me If You Can, I thought Brad had died and therefore Tish's romantic life was over. Imagine to my surprise when he came along in this book! Family Feud Turns Deadly Tish Amble is running away. She's left the town of Rawlings and the man she loves for the old family cabin on the shores of Northern Michigan. There she discovers that the remnants of her estranged family still rule the area with fear and threats. There are secrets about her parents and grandparents that are yet to be discovered. But someone doesn't want the past to be revealed and is doing all they can to make sure Tish doesn't find out. I love reading about books that deal with redecorating and home renovations. Tish should have her own show on the H&G network. Her goals in life would fit perfectly into the channel's lineup. Throughout the book she struggles with her feelings from how she should feel about Brad to her ties with her family. What confused me at first was Tish's relationship with her grandfather. Maybe it was just me but the way I originally read into it was that they did not get along at all. Imagine my surprise ...

I see Dead People in My Basement Tish Amble has moved to the small town of Rawlings with the intent of renovating an old Victorian house. Her plans are thwarted though when she sees a dead body buried in a cistern in her basement. However to her disbelief, no one believes her and worse no one will help her try to get started in the renovations. A cast of supporting characters help to fill out the story including the cute British neighbor who's getting over a divorce from his high profile wife and the cute cop who seems to be everywhere Tish is. With a past that keeps haunting her, Tish is determined to find out why there is a body in her home, why other dead bodies keep popping up, who is behind all this, and how to let go of her past. I thought this was an excellent debut for Nicole Young. This book got me hooked from the very beginning. Tish was such a complex character, yet because the book is written in first person the reader sympathizes with her. She's a very heads...
