In just over a week, March 25-30th, Hermès will host its Festival of Crafts at Fairfax Square at Tysons Corner, VA. The festival is a celebration of Hermès’ craftsmanship presenting daily demonstrations by the masterful craftsmen and artisans from the renowned workshops in Lyons, France. The weeklong event is open to the public, and guests will experience first-hand the techniques of the Hermès craft, as well as view samples of original Hermès handbags, scarves, jewelry, and other iconic objects. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet the Hermès artisans while at work leather making, silk engraving, jewelry making and more.

DC STYLE EVENT: Style Guru Lloyd Boston Is Coming To Town!

Next Saturday, Jones New York will host “Empower Your Style” with Lloyd Boston at MACY’S Tysons Corner. As the JNY Resident Style Guru, Boston will present and comment on his favorite looks for Spring 2011 and host his popular 5-minute customer style consultations.

Customers are also invited to enter an on-site contest to win a head-to-toe makeover by Boston and walk the Jones New York runway in their new look, as the finale to the fashion show. Come on out. I'll meet you there.
