Glasgow Comic Art Convention - 1991

I've looked before (here) at the 1990s incarnation of the Glasgow Comic Art Convention (GCAC) that ran from 1990-5. I've been collecting the convention programmes for a long time and this was the final one I needed! I was very pleased to pick this up recently and I'm highlighting just some of the interior art. The A5 brochure (which really was a single piece of A2 paper folded up) unfolded to produce a pair of A3 sized posters. Art by Kev walker.

The A5 sized, 32 page brochure for Comics 2002 is graced with a Frank Quitely cover. Yet again Kev Sutherland put together an absolutely massive event across Bristol with over 150 writers, artists, editors, publishers and the like
