Mighty Max comic - part 2

I recently (here) looked at the first part of the rare Mighty Max promotional comic that Sandy James illustrated, here's the concluding part of the strip...

The comic also seems to have been free with Stingray #12 (cover dated March 13th - 26th 1993) - see cover image below
