Just some highlights from the recent update to the BritComicsArt website (which can be found here - I suggest subscribing to their e-mail updates too)...

A Brian Bolland piece from his early work on Powerman comic in the 1970s. This was £300 I think.

A Cam Kennedy Fighting Mann page from Battle issue #295 - yours for £500

A Robin Smith cover for 2000AD - yours for £3,000

These 3 cover roughs were (I think!) £300 each

Short Fuse #2 - the 2000AD art

A while ago (here to be precise) I looked at some 2000AD images that had never been published in Short Fuse fanzine.

Thanks to the feedback I got I then put together the 2000AD images that did make it into Short Fuse. I looked at issue 1 here and now we're looking at the unpublished issue 2.

My thanks to Mac Mac Anorak on the '2000AD and Eagle comic fans' Facebook group for sharing these images.

The Bogie Man - Chinatoon; by Atomeka Press

A couple of recent purchases (and the death of Garry Leach) has spurred me on to look at Atomeka Press. A look at the Grand Comics database (here) is helpful (thanks for the images!) but incomplete. So, I thought I'd try and rustle up my own complete (?) list of Atomeka publications.

I've looked at the original A1 series (from 1989) here
The Epic comics anthology (from 1992) is here
A1 series (from 1992) is here
Damien Darke is here
Atomeka miscellany is
A1 True life bikini confidential is here
Bojeffries Terror Tome is here
Eddy Current by Ted McKeever is here

The Bogie man - Chinatoon by John Wagner / Alan Grant and with art by Robin Smith ran for 4 issues backin 1993 (in classic US comic format).
