I HAVE A DREAM, AND YOU'RE IN MY DREAM!!

Something that she gave to congratulate me for completing the solo 50KM challenge in TNF 100 Thailand 2014. Thanks for your support and understanding my dear!! This award means more than anything to me.

And that was at the LCCT airport last
night before we drove 4 hours back home.

Today, work continued as usual and I'm going back to the reality. Just awake from the best dream I ever had, where in that dream I become an Ultra Marathoner.

Can I have the same dream again?

QUIT AT NEVER

When I reached the finishing line yesterday, I keep telling myself - "that's it ajim. Enough with trail run. You just tortured yourself. Definitely trail run not your preference. You don't have to do this anymore. Enough is enough"

Today...

When I woke up, yeah it hurts. All over my body are aching. But the feeling is different. Knowing that I just accomplished something new in this field, makes me want to explore more about it. It hurts but it maybe the only way to enjoy the victory at the finishing line

So that's when I decided to have a proper training before taking any event like this. It's a must. Yeah without training you might finished it, but the chances of the injuries will go up high and you'll suffer more after the race. Lesson learned. This is not the end, yet.

Quit at never.

ARE YOU SURE I AM AN ULTRA-MARATHONER?

Praise to Allah.

Hard-earned finisher medal so far.. honestly, I didn't expect I can finished this 50 km trail run. The elevation, the trail, and the hot weather almost makes me give up for most of the time. But when I think about the rea...
son I did this, unconsciously it keeps me moving until the finisher line.

It was an emotional moment for the last 1km towards the finishing line. I won't lie to you guys, I did cry. I'm crying my heart out. Not because of the pain or the timing. But it is because I embraced the fact that today, here in Thailand 8 February 2014 I'm officially an ultra marathoner.

No. I didn't do this for glory. I just want to challenge myself doing something I've never done before. Thank you Allah for giving me this opportunity. I'm really proud of myself!

Alhamdulillah I finished ultra-marathon 50km unofficially 12 hours without any injuries. Yeap it's a crazy things that i do. But that crazy things I do always lead for something to remember for the rest of my life.

Full race report will followed soon

DONT EVER TAKE SOLAT AS A BURDEN!!

TNF thai begin at 5 am.

Sad to know there's a fellow muslim runners didn't perform subuh prayer.. especially to my muslim brothers, there is no excuse for not performing subh prayer.. Allah tak kata berlari ultra marathon itu wajib. Tapi so...lat adalah kewajipan wherever you are.. all you need is wudhu', compass for qiblah and a clean place to sujud. Is it a lot to ask from our creator? what's the point of you gain podium, top 10 or just a better timing if you take solat for granted?

Just a self reminder.. and to others as well. moga Allah sentiasa terangkan hati kita sebagai muslim dengan hidayah Nya.

(Perform subh prayer at km7, 6. 03 am)
