TGIF my friends!
More Greeting Farm catch up as I'm still prepping for the Sweet November digi release tomorrow. This card finds Brew It Anya with a couple of her coffee lovin' friends, Frappi Anya and Latte Anya. Merry Christmas to you...
Hello, hello!
I can't believe this is my last design team post for the Greeting Farm blog in 2018. But since we are taking December off for the holiday season this milestone kinda snuck up on me. For my card today I really wanted to play with more of the teeny tiny cuties from the new Angels Rejoice set that as released this month. Because of their small footprint on a card design I thought it would be fun to put three of them together inside a snow globe looking shaker element to give them more of an impact. It all came together just as I envisioned it in my head which honestly doesn't happen all that often, LOL! I think this is one cute snow globe that I would be proud to have as part of my holiday decor if it were the real deal. ;)
Stay crafty friends of the Farm and I shall see you right back here in 2019 for another amazing year of stamping and coloring fun!

Cup of tea...
Hi there!
Late post today as I actually colored up this Alice from Visible Image in a live video over in the 7 Kids Customers Create Facebook group this morning. Visible Image is the featured vendor at 7 Kids until the end of the month and this was a fun way to shine the spotlight on the. If you missed the live you can always catch the replay in the group as well. I paired Alice with the Halloween in Wonderland papers by Graphic 45 and really tried to match my Copic colors to those in the papers. I had a great time with all the gals who were there chatting with me while I colored and I hope they like the finished card. :)
Thanks for stopping by!

Ho Ho Ho...
Good morning!
Something about the quirky, crazy Santas in the new Ho Ho Ho set from CC Designs really make me chuckle so they were a must have when they hit the 7 Kids store. Right away I knew I wanted to pair up this super excited Santa with the fun papers from the Carta Bella Santa's Workshop pad. As much as I enjoy coloring in backgrounds I still love it when papers can save me the time and energy and do all the work setting the scene for a quick card. I just love how he looks to be having a blast up there at the North Pole... makes you wonder what they put in the eggnog up there... LOL! ;)
And right now the awesome 40% OFF Cyber Monday SALE is going on at 7 Kids so you can grab this guy and many others at a steal of a deal... just use the code MERRY at checkout!

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...
Hello friends!
More catch up with posting my extra TGF cards here on the blog and this sweet little Christmas card is a mash up of the new Cozy With You set with the older Pop Out Xmas set. I stamped the Let it snow mug three times and then masked them off before stamping the snowman, this way it looks like he is peeking up over the table top to grab some cocoa. Add a bit of fun snow paper and this card was done! And in case you missed it, there is a Black Friday sale going on at The Greeting Farm for 30% OFF the entire store until the 26th!
Later gators!

Honk if you're happy...
Hey there!
Yes, I'm still playing catch up with my Greeting Farm cards and I figured this was the perfect weekend for these two little dudes since the Oh Boys set is still in stock at 7 Kids and there are great Black Friday deals still going on all weekend. For both of these cards I paired up one of the Oh Boys with a car from the older Beepin' Awesome set. Preppy Bro got the sports car and Country Boy got the old truck. Then I just had fun coloring in simple scenes behind each of them and pairing them with different papers from the same Echo Park paper pad. Being guy cards I didn't want to go too crazy with embellishing and that's were the enamel dots are perfect. ;)
Stay crafty my friends!

Holiday Wishes...
TGIF!
Black Friday sales are all over the place today and 7 Kids has a great one going! Not only is the entire store 30% OFF with the code GOBBLE but the first 25 people to order also receive a $15 gift certificate for a future order... how awesome is that?! There are lots of great finds in the store including the new Christmas cuties from Whimsy Stamps that I've colored up today. My first card features the Christmas Friends stamp and I colored them in a bright, traditional red and green color palette. While my second card has Elsa the Fairy as the star of the show in a much softer, more serene color scheme. Either way I simply adore these sweet images and have so much fun making cards with them. So don't miss out on the great deals this weekend... there's nothing wrong with helping Santa fill your own stocking. ;)
Toodles!

Sparkle on, darling...
Hey there friends!
Today I have been invited to join the Instagram hop to help celebrate the 12 year anniversary of Ellen Hutson. It's been amazing watching EH grow through the years, as a customer I have been a huge fan of the Essentials by Ellen line of stamps and dies. And in recent months I have had the honor of guesting for Ellen as well which was an amazing experience. The Leading Ladies stamp range are some of my personal faves so when it came time to decide what to use on my card the only difficult decision was narrowing down which Leading Lady to ink up. As soon as I saw Celebration Lady I knew I had a winner... not only does she work perfectly for celebrating the anniversary but seeing as how today is my birthday too she can certainly pull double duty. ;)
So sparkle on Ellen... here's to many more years of crafty fun!

Counting my blessings...
Good morning!
This is a week to focus on everything I have to be thankful for and there is so much that is making me happy right now. I've got a good job, great friends and a wonderful hobby that all come together to fill my days with so many blessings. I made this card to reflect those warm and fuzzy feelings using this cute from the long retired Pumpkins on the Vine stamp set by There She Goes stamps. How cute is she in that funny little pumpkin bonnet?! I colored her into a quick fall scene then paired her with a nice, big sentiment from Hello Bluebird to balance out the card design. The wood grain cardstock lends some nice rustic charm as well. :)

Season's Greetings...
Hello!
Just a quick Sunday post to share this card that I made for the August release at The Greeting Farm. These two snuggle bugs are part of the #Couplegoals set and they actually inspired me to make my first Christmas card of 2018 this past summer. Now that the weather has become much more frosty I figured it was a good time to get it posted here. I stamped this cozy couple in desert sand ink for some no line coloring and placed them low on the die cut circle so they wouldn't look like a pair of floating heads. Instead it appears that they are peeking into the frame from below. The paper is an oldie but a goodie from Pebbles and a nice big die cut sentiment helps pull the whole design together. :)
Laters!

Alice in Wonderland...
Who's ready for a brand new digital release from Moonlight Whispers?! If you hadn't guessed already, the theme this month is all about Alice in Wonderland. There are three new digital stamps that you can find available in the Moonlight Whispers Etsy shop right now!
The first Alice image is called Curiouser & Curiouser and has her falling down the rabbit hole. This was a fun challenge to try and color in a dynamic dirt background, LOL! But I'm very pleased with how it turned out and I think there is a definite sense of movement which is what I was going for.
Next up we have the Queen of Hearts in the Off With Their Head image. She is in fine form, ranting and raving out on the croquet course. :)
And finally we have Alice again, this time just as she is being introduced to the Cheshire Cat in the We're All A Little Mad image. It was a lot of fun coloring all of these up, it really felt like working on pages for a book. And if you love all three of these images as much as I do, be sure to take advantage of the bundle deal special that Annie has in her shop right now!

The Sweet November Vault...
Hello friends!
So today we are starting a new monthly feature at 7 Kids called the Sweet November Vault. Basically, the Vault is a special 24 hour period where we bring back a few select 'classic' Sweet November rubber images and convert them to a new digital format. So if you missed getting them 'back in the day' now is your chance... and they are quite the deal too!
Our first two treasures from the Vault are a pair of Christmas Fairwees from 2011 and I guess the question we have to ask is... are you ready to travel back to Sweet November Land? There is a chill in the air and snow on the ground as the inhabitants of this magical place prepare for the most magical day of the year. We should try to find those smallest of the small inhabitants of SN Land, the Fairwees, because I hear that they really know how to celebrate the season in a BIG way!
Now that the snow has finally let up and the sun is shining across the fresh blanket of white that covers the ground it is easy to spot a bit of movement over near the skating pond. As we make our way over we find tiny Fairwee Piper putting the finishing touches on a wee little snowman friend. She has taken great care putting him together and she's hoping that with just an extra bit of Christmas magic he might come to life once she places that hat on his head. Do you think it will work? Piper's sweet "squee" of excitement and the sudden blinking of his tiny coal eyes proves that we never should have doubted the enchantment of this place.
The snow is starting to come down as we make our way out into a clearing... better bundle up tight. Watching the snowflakes dance as they descend to the ground is a magical experience here in Sweet November Land because as we all know that there are always lovely snowflake fairies to be found here this time of year. And little Fairwee Emaline must know that as well because she is doing her best to be as graceful and lovely as those fairies she looks up to. I don't have the heart to tell her that her snow dance looks more like the hokey pokey than a ballet, LOL!
Still, Emaline is having fun and her joy is rather infectious as it is hard to resist not doing a twirl or two in the snow ourselves.

Be of good cheer...
TGIF my friends!
We've got a fun day planned over at the 7 Kids Customers Create Facebook page for tomorrow. For 24 hours only the Sweet November vault will open with two classic Sweet November stamps that were previously released in rubber and have now been converted to digital stamps. So if you missed them the first time around, tomorrow is the chance to snag them at a great price! There will also be two live coloring videos tomorrow featuring the vault stamps so I hope to see some of you there at 11am and 3pm PST. Because I have been busy getting ready for the release I figured this would be the perfect time to post this Chillburrr card that I colored during a Live on the 1st. For this one I paired him up with some stamps from Art Impressions to create a down home winter farm scene. :)
Alrighty, time for me to get back to work getting ready for tomorrow!
