Nukhba jihadists must face charges for their sexual violence crimes

Sharon Zaghagi Pinhas reminds everyone that the sexual violence committed by Hamas/Nukhba jihadists in Gaza during October 7, 2023 cannot be forgotten:

One central question has not been addressed: whether the Nukhba terrorists will be prosecuted for the sex crimes committed on October 7 and in captivity. Despite repeated attempts around the world to silence and deny them, there is no doubt: grave sex crimes were committed strategically, systematically and on a large scale throughout the attack and in captivity. Many of the female and male victims were murdered, whether during the attack or afterward, and many of the crimes were committed deliberately in full view of others in order to sow terror. All publicly accessible sources clearly indicate that the Nukhba terrorists were driven by an extremist ideology rooted in an explicit intent to commit genocide and in the total denial of the humanity of Israel's population.

Since October 7, I have taken part, together with my colleagues in the Dinah Project at the Rackman Center at Bar-Ilan University, in a difficult and exhausting struggle in which the State of Israel and many civil society organizations joined forces to bring recognition and justice for the female and male victims. [...]

After all this, it is inconceivable that the indictments against the Nukhba terrorists will not include charges over sex crimes. Yet for now, all official bodies are silent whenever the question of filing indictments over the sex crimes is raised.

This silence is deeply troubling.

The sex crimes were committed as part of a mass assault by Nukhba terrorists, aimed at dehumanization and genocide. The terrorists operated inside an inconceivable "vacuum" in which everything was "permitted," murder, massacre and sex crimes alike.

Legally, in such a case, all the terrorists who chose to take part in the mass assault can be held jointly responsible for all the crimes committed during the attack, including the sex crimes, even if they did not physically commit them themselves.

And all those guilty must definitely must be held responsible, and severely punished for their repulsive crimes.

Anyway, it's good to inform that the Knesset approved a law to prosecute the monsters:

The Knesset plenum approved the second and third readings of the bill to prosecute the perpetrators of the October 7 massacre on Monday evening.

The law, which passed with a rare consensus of 93 supporters, establishes the legal infrastructure to try Hamas terrorists and their accomplices for the most heinous crimes committed during the murderous attack. The legislation sets the maximum penalty at death.

Furthermore, a dramatic reservation proposed by MKs Simcha Rothman (Religious Zionist Party) and Yulia Malinovsky (Yisrael Beytenu) was approved, stipulating that terrorists tried under this framework will never be released from prison, even as part of future prisoner exchange deals.

Deputy Prime Minister and Justice Minister Yariv Levin welcomed the approval, stating, "This law ensures that the terrorists and their accomplices will stand trial and face justice, including the imposition of death sentences. From the depths of the horrific massacre we have risen - for the memory of the murdered, for their families, for those wounded in body and soul, for those who were taken hostage, and for the entire nation - to fulfill our supreme moral obligation: to bring the perpetrators of this ghastly slaughter to justice. I thank Constitution Committee chairman MK Simcha Rothman, MK Yulia Malinovsky, and all those involved in the vital work of advancing this legislation."

The news about the investigation into the Hamas' sexual violence, interestingly enough, has been covered by CNN for starters, although not without certain PC dictations in descriptions of the monsters:

Hamas militants and their allies raped, assaulted and sexually tortured their victims during and after the October 7, 2023 terror attack on southern Israel “to maximize pain and suffering,” a landmark new report has concluded.

Shared first with CNN, the report presents the most comprehensive body of evidence yet of sexual and gender-based violence against women, men and children, which it describes as “systematic, widespread, and integral to” the assault.

“The most important finding is the fact that the sexual violence on October 7 and against hostages in captivity has been a calculated strategy by Hamas,” lead author and human rights expert Cochav Elkayam-Levy told CNN.

Notice how they stick solidly with the PC term "militants" rather than "terrorists". It shouldn't have to take a genius to make clear that kind of restriction is unacceptable.

The news was also covered by the Toronto Globe and Mail, i24news, the Jerusalem Post, and here's more from them, along with an op-ed that makes clear the racist denialism must end:

With the release of this irrefutable proof, let this be the final day of October 7 denialism. For months, the world has watched as high-profile figures used their massive platforms to cast doubt on the suffering of Israeli women. Former Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters has been among the most vocal, publicly claiming there is “no evidence” of Hamas rapes and dismissing the testimonies of survivors and first responders as “filthy, disgusting lies.”

Similarly, activists like Samantha Pearson, a former director of a Canadian sexual assault center, and Canadian politician Sarah Jama signed a letter dismissing reports of sexual violence as “unverified accusations.”

Even entertainment industry figures, such as Susan Sarandon, have contributed to the skepticism by attempting to “contextualize” the events in ways that effectively minimize the crimes. When global feminist organizations and UN bodies waited months to even acknowledge these atrocities, they provided a shield for Hamas and signaled worldwide that the slogan “Believe Women” has a geographic and political limit.

This report removes that shield once and for all. It demands that the world stop asking for “more evidence” when the archives are already overflowing with it.

There is, however, a profound note of hope within these harrowing pages. The report’s extensive legal analysis provides a clear evidentiary basis for the investigation and prosecution of these acts as war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocidal acts under international law.

Waters is one of the most stunningly repugnant figures in the entertainment industry, and no sane person should buy his music albums. And as for Sarandon, it's about time she retired from acting. And anybody who's going to deny serious crimes cannot work at a center for treating rape victims.

2 failed premiers who precipitated October 7, 2023 join forces again

Daniel Greenfield addresses the reteaming of Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid, who both have some responsibilities to shoulder for bringing about October 7, 2023, which most local leftist press outlets won't clearly admit:

The Israeli Left, which controls the media, judiciary and the cultural opinion shapers in that country, obsessively hates Netanyahu, not because of anything the generally mild-mannered and moderate prime minister has actually done (limited market reforms, refusing to make completely excessive commitments when pursuing dead end negotiations with terrorists) but because he symbolizes their inability to take and retain power.

That’s something the Left did to itself by successively alienating every immigrant group, Holocaust survivors, Middle Eastern Jewish refugees, Russian Jews, with their arrogant abuses.

The Israeli Left is unable to win elections outright and Clinton and Epstein pal Ehud Barak remains the last remnant of a time when the Left could win an election (with a lot of help from Bill Clinton.)

Israelis (outside Tel Aviv and a few of the ritzy suburbs) hate the Left so much that it can only hope to win through a coalition of new fake ‘third way’ parties, along with the usual Muslim Brotherhood parties.

The fake ‘third way’ parties usually involve a retired celebrity general, in this case Yashar with Gadi Eisenkot, who stand for absolutely nothing except making the most of their 15 minutes, and some fake reformist third party promising to use ‘common sense’ to fix things which actually carrying out the left’s program.

In this case, it’s a comeback coalition for political losers Yair Lapid and Naftali Bennett. Lapid was a vapid nepo baby celebrity TV show host and Bennett, formerly the post-Netanyahu hope on the right, sold out to careerism so badly that he previously allied with Lapid in an alternating prime ministership that turned over gas fields to Hezbollah and allowed Hamas terrorists disguised as ‘workers’ to roam Israel.

The duo get much of the actual credit for Oct 7 though the media would never dare suggest such a thing since Bennett and Lapid are the only real hope of the Left reclaiming power.

Bennett has shed his ‘right wing’ credentials and is now running as a Silicon Valley style technocrat.

Which was actually rather obvious for years now. Worst, what if the twosome actually do end up winning the election? If they do, it'll be awful.

IDF worked to erase footage from October 7, 2023

A most horrific discovery was made that the same outfit that enabled sexual discrimination against female soldiers over petty issues and ignored warnings of a female observer also worked to erase footage of investigations into the October 7, 2023 massacre:

A Channel 12 report has revealed new details about the military mechanism that operated on the ground after October 7th to gain exclusive control over documentation from the massacre.

The special unit was established in 2020 as a lesson from previous operations in the Gaza Strip, and is headed by Lieutenant Colonel N. On October 7th, 2023, the unit's soldiers, all former members of elite units who received fictitious officer ranks in order to move freely, were deployed to the mission defined as "classified and complex."

The unit's mission was clear: collect every bit of footage from the massacre before anyone else lays their hands on it. The teams worked through several different means. The soldiers broke into kibbutz offices and homes to seize DVR machines from closed-circuit television systems. In the Gaza envelope communities and the Nova Festival site, the soldiers collected dozens of memory cards from dashcams. Additionally, they collected hundreds of mobile phones, belonging to both Nukhba terrorists and Israeli citizens, both the victims and the survivors. The soldiers carried military iPhones without SIM cards and uploaded the materials to an internal IDF Telegram in real-time.

Sources in the unit recounted: "We promised a guy from Be'eri that we would not delete anything and that we'd return everything, and that didn't happen. Everything was deleted. They instructed us not to do anything, and only then to return the devices. We deleted the content from some of the phones we returned, including videos and recordings of conversations between people from the Gaza envelope and the party."

According to the sources, the orders came directly from the Operations Directorate, and the orders were clear: "Collect everything and don't leave anything."

While the soldiers collected materials under fire, an "editing operations room" was opened on a floor that was rented out in a Tel Aviv office building. In the operations room, professional video editors dealt with the materials. Some of the materials were compiled into the video shown to the international audience to prove the scope of the atrocities.

According to the soldiers, a significant amount of the raw footage "disappeared" into the military system and never reached the families or civilian investigation teams.

The IDF did not comment on the report.

It shouldn't have to be told this is a most repulsive discovery, no matter how unshocking it may be to some at this point. No doubt, some people are wondering if some IDF officials were collaborators who enabled the horror to occur. And collaborators/infiltrators are a problem everywhere. What the military officials who worked to erase vital information did is offensive to the families of the victims along with the victims themselves. It's also stunning how desensitized to violence some people can be, that they'd even practically engage in cover up cliches.

Palestinian "refugee" in Britain attempted to rape underaged girl

ENGLAND: A Palestinian refugee from Gaza, who arrived claiming to be fleeing a ‘genocide’, was arrested for attempting to rape a 14-year-old girl.

He defends himself: “According to Sharia law, raping a non-Muslim girl is legal. I only follow Allah and Sharia law.”

As told here, a Muslim who identifies as a "palestinian" tried to rape a 14-year-old girl in Britain, and he blatantly used the Islamic koran to defend his behavior. This abominable incident must serve as a lesson that the koran isn't just built on antisemitism. It's also built on misogyny and racism. Yet the government of Kier Starmer sees fit to import such monsters into their territory, and doesn't demand any other countries in places like north Africa that are Muslim (but shouldn't be) take them in instead. Just absolutely disgusting.

Defeating Hezbollah is a main objective in Lebanon

Israel's defense minister made the point now, though there's a certain point of contention to be found here:

Defense Minister Israel Katz says Israel remains committed to disarming Hezbollah “through military and political means.”

“Israel’s policy in Lebanon has been and remains clear: the top objective is the disarmament of Hezbollah through military and political means, regardless of the Iran issue,” Katz says following an assessment with military officials.

Katz says the IDF is completing its ground offensive in southern Lebanon up to the line from which Hezbollah can launch anti-tank missiles at Israeli communities.

Well I do hope they realize that allowing the Hezbollah to remain even in northern Lebanon is unacceptable, since it would give them a chance to rebuild one day, with or without Iran's backing. Something that might be called "hudna" in Islamic doctrine. And it's high time that something were done to ensure Lebanon can one day return to having a non-Muslim majority and/or government run the country again, which would make the region safer.

The Hamas terrorist organization is rebuilding in Gaza

Some experts are warning that, while the war against Iran and Lebanon continue, the Hamas has been exploiting that time in order to rebuild its grip on Gaza:

While Israel focuses on threats from Iran and the northern front, Hamas is quietly reconstructing its infrastructure and strengthening control over Gaza, according to security experts. Footage and intelligence reveal convoys guarded by armed operatives, tunnels being refurbished, and the organization reestablishing itself economically-raising concerns among residents near the Gaza border that warnings of Hamas’s collapse have been premature.

Raphael Hayon, who operates an independent intelligence center from his home in Netivot, says he identified signs of distress and preparations for raids even before the October ceasefire. In an interview with Alon Sharvit on Kan News, Hayon warns that Hamas is undergoing a rapid reconstruction process.

He cites recent videos showing convoys of trucks entering Gaza, guarded by armed Hamas operatives. The footage illustrates Hamas’s full control over civilian areas up to the “yellow line," with personnel carrying light weapons and RPGs directing movement and setting the agenda on Gaza’s streets.

The Israeli authorities have been allowing truck convoys into Gaza without any inspection? I don't know, but if that's even remotely the case, it shows how security continues to be a serious fiasco, as is the way the Hamas is allowed to continue trying to reorganize. The IDF will have to prove they can act upon this info.

Where comics writer Kurt Busiek now posts his sad political rants

Years ago, when X was Twitter, leftist writer Kurt Busiek had plenty of terrible leftist drivel to say there. Today, after Elon Musk bought out the social network, it looks like Busiek no longer posts there, presumably because he can't stand being on a rightist-owned site, and now he's turned to Blue Sky. And here's a few examples of his continuing leftist rhetoric there. For example:

Wow, look how he's trying to draw a moral equivalence between antisemitic and "anti-palestinian" sentiment, making it sound like Iran's mullahs are literally against local Moslems, or as though the fabricated race/community "palestine" isn't Islamic. Put another way, Busiek's clearly not interested in doing any research to determine that the whole name "palestine" was a Roman conception, drawing from the Philistines, to humiliate the land of Stan Lee's ancestry. Also interesting how Busiek simultaneously attacks the POTUS who's now overseeing a raid against Iran's tyrants to destroy their murderous weaponry. Whose side is Busiek on anyway? He's right that Iran's got anti-LGBTQ positions, but, if he won't acknowledge it stems from the teachings of the koran, then his approach there falls flat too.

Then we have:

The USA military many sigificant achievements so far, like destroying Iran's naval crafts, and Busiek's ungrateful? Just what and who does Busiek stand for anyway?

Busiek even posted the following involving Israel:

How intriguing he lectures us all that Israelis across the board literally don't support Benjamin Netanyahu as prime minister, this despite how recent pollings show he has sizable support, and plenty of support for the war against Iran's tyrants. What's telling here is how Busiek doesn't back up his claim, and while he may acknowledge the Islamofascists of Iran are willing to attack civilians, his absurd biases ruin any notion he respects the Israeli public on anything. Also atrocious is how Busiek subtly compares Netanyahu to the Iranian Islamofascists. Shame.

And is that supposed to mean the military commanders don't face any danger, say, from enemy moles and sleeper agents? Oh good grief, this is just so naive. Then there's this and this:

Busiek won't learn lessons either, that wasting so much energy attacking conservatives doesn't improve the situation. And if he's implying Americans and Israelis who allegedly want war should die, that's disturbing as well, and sick. Besides, it's not that any sensible person literally wants war for "fun". They support war against tyrants because there's situations where force is inevitable if that's what it takes to stop barbarism. Busiek also made unverified claims that Israelis literally are guilty of war crimes, and also this item, and this one:

Well if that's what he thinks, but doesn't think the Islamofascists running Afghanistan today aren't guilty of war crimes against the ancient Buddhist inhabitants who originally dwelled there, that's disgraceful too. Ditto if he doesn't think Turkey's guilty of war crimes against Armenia. And Busiek also reposted the following from Tom Peyer:

I guess that means Mr. Peyer's also hostile to Israelis, conservative or otherwise? For shame. Later on, Busiek made a nasty comment about Trump:

And then, what did Busiek say about the US army attack on Kharg island?

If he's no military expert, he has no business commenting, and also had no business writing superhero comics. But who knows, maybe today, he regrets writing superhero tales. It is rather funny he'd write anything starring say, Captain America, considering Kirby/Simon created Steve Rogers as a military cadet who volunteered for the super-soldier serum experiment that made him the formidable fighter he became. But then, that's why, if Busiek really feels that way today, he should no longer be writing superhero themes, plain and simple.

Interestingly, if it matters, Busiek also mentioned the disgraced Gerard Jones, and said the following:

What's that supposed to mean long before? Does that mean people not wanting to benefit monsters is something that only recently came up? Let's be clear. If Jones had been caught in the acts years before and it made headlines in the news, you can be sure there's plenty who'd want nothing to do with him anymore. And must it be pointed out Staton didn't just illustrate comics written by sick Jones? Staton got into comics as far back as the early 1970s, and he'd drawn Green Lantern before, beginning in 1979, for stories written by writers with far better reputations than Jones will ever have at this stage. Staton also has other comics to his credits (including some Batman books), and even a few at Marvel. What, does Busiek have a grudge against Staton or something? That aside, if there's anything Busiek wrote that perhaps we shouldn't benefit, it's his creator-owned comics like Astro City and Arrowsmith, based on how he's indirectly insulting plenty of decent USA military officials who're working hard to bring down the Islamic regime in Iran. Don't their reputations matter? Don't even the reputations of 911 Families matter? Why, what about Betty Mahmoody, who was fortunate to get her daughter out of Iran during the mid 1980s after her creep of a husband taqqiya'd them into traveling there? How don't topics like those ever matter to Busiek?

And since Jones came up, this is very embarrassing, but it appears that since his release from prison nearly 4 years ago, he's been quietly turning up on social media again, and even posting chapters of a book he wrote called "Ginny Good" on a Substack site. Most disgraced writers of his sort would ususally just disappear after all the harm they caused. But Jones appears to be one of those sorts who cannot keep his stupid mouth shut. And if there's at least one example of what political rants he's posting to put on display here, it's the following:

Well. Looks like Jones hasn't changed from the time he first said a decade back he considered Trump a "fascist". And I guess he also considers Trump a communist, seeing how he claims the POTUS wants to be like Vladimir Putin. And all this after Jones was arrested and convicted for illegally hoarding child porn. What, does he think because he's been paroled from prison after 2 thirds of his sentence, it's okay to go right back to such crap again? As though it weren't bad enough he was trying to downplay his criminal offenses when he was still behind bars. All that aside, does he really think anybody wants to read even his text-only books after what he did? Such a repellent disgrace indeed. I wonder how Busiek feels about having written a backup story for Wonder Man in one of the 2 annuals for the 1991-94 series Jones wrote over 3 decades ago? That series was practically worthless as it is.

It's very sad some of the same leftist comics writers of the past decade refuse to stop wasting time on divisive politics, yet quite interesting how, ever since X/Twitter was bought out by a conservative supporter, they decided to jump ship from that service over to one that's more attuned to their leftist beliefs. That, alas, doesn't make the situation any better for the well being of the world.

Trump declines Kurdish offer to participate in Iran war

President Trump told that he didn't want Kurdish militias to take part in the Iran war:

US President Donald Trump on Saturday rejected the idea of the Kurds joining the war against Iran.

Speaking on Air Force One, he said, "We're not looking at the Kurds going into Iran. We're very friendly with the Kurds. We don't want to make the war anymore complex."

"I have ruled it out - I don't want the Kurds going in. They're willing to go in, but I told them not to."

Well there's a valid reason why it's better they don't take part in this war - many Kurds adhere to Islam, and it just wouldn't do to fight a regime already badly battered by the Religion of Peace using other adherents, even as backups, because we can't risk having them plot a takeover that would leave the region unchanged. After all, it's bad enough that the USA government had to recognize Ahmed al-Sharaa as the head of Syria after Bashar Assad was overthrown, and now things are getting worse, and it's unhealthy for Israel too. So for now, the Kurds in the Iranian area may not take part. But somebody has to convince Trump and company it's also bad to recognize al-Sharaa and his cronies as well. After all, what if such a region also tries to follow in Iran's footsteps to building nuclear weapons one day? What may have begun with Iran doesn't stop with them.

Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens are joined in their shoddiness by another veteran commentator

Robert Spencer talks about whether the USA military's attack on Iran led by Donald Trump will avail the Iranian people, and discusses the now classic rotten apples on the right who're just as bad as leftists. And along the way, a most eyebrow raising example comes up:

This is what most irritated Trump’s critics on both the left and the right: the fact that America was intervening at all. Both leftists and the new, antisemitic, isolationist “woke right” that sees Israel behind every U.S. foreign policy move have insisted that any U.S. intervention in Iran will turn out to be prolonged, disastrous, and unsuccessful just as the misguided and botched interventions into Iraq and Afghanistan were.

The former conservative wunderkind and gadfly Milo Yiannopoulos, now reduced to a pathetic Jew-hating attention-seeker, wrote: “O Allah, preserve Ayatollah Khamenei – O Allah, indeed we place You in their throats, and we seek refuge in You from their evils.” He was just looking for clicks and notoriety, but he unwittingly encapsulated the “woke right” ethos: if a military action is undertaken in cooperation with Israel, it must be evil in itself, and opposed to the extent of allying oneself with the regime that screams “Death to America” and has been on a war footing against the United States since 1979. Milo is just a more flamboyant and outlandish version of Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and Nick Fuentes, who are plenty outlandish as it is.

Well. This is definitely telling. I recall Yiannapoulos seemed to be trying to downplay the idea that murdering prostitutes in a video game was somehow a petty issue simply because it was all part of a mere computer program. But he ran the risk of normalizing violence in real life by minimizing it in a video game, and it's definitely not a laughing matter. As a result, Yiannapoulos made himself look as bad as that disgusting "feminist" named Anita Sarkeesian from Canada.

And now he's acting as some kind of apologist for Iran's Islamofascists?!? Groan. Just what we need, another bizarre grovelor from the fringes of the right. It's absolutely terrible. I'm not sorry he's been largely rejected based on disturbing statements he made about sexual abuse, though I suspect most leftists wouldn't care what he says at this point, save for trying to make the right look worse in every way than the left. How do creeps like Yiannapoulos manage to win favor of certain crowds before being unmasked as the frauds they are? Just plain aggravating as it's repulsive.

Confirmation that Khamenei was obliterated

The IDF announced they received intel confirmation that the most recent ayatollah in Iran has been punished along with 2 of his cronies:

On the eve of Purim 5786 (2026): A senior Israeli official said Saturday night that according to data received by the defense establishment, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was eliminated in the heart of Tehran.

According to additional reports received during the day, Khamenei’s close adviser, Ali Shamkhani, recently appointed by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian as Secretary of the Supreme Defense Council, was also eliminated. During Operation Rising Lion, Shamkhani’s home was struck and he was trapped under the rubble for three hours but survived.

In Israel, it is also estimated that the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, General Mohammad Pakpour, was eliminated in the opening strikes of Operation Roaring Lion on Saturday morning. Pakpour was appointed to his position after his predecessor, Hossein Salami, was eliminated by Israel in Operation Rising Lion.

Nasir Zadeh, who is believed to have been eliminated Saturday morning, served as Chief of Staff of the Iranian Air Force. He also served as commander of the Iranian Air Force and Deputy Chief of the General Staff of Iran’s armed forces.

8:45 PM: Iranian state media has confirmed that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in U.S-Israeli strikes, saying: “To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return,” the New York Times reported.

8:20 PM: Iranian state media has reportedly admitted that multiple members of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s family were killed during U.S-Israeli strikes, including his daughter, grandchild, daughter-in-law, and son-in-law, according to Reuters. So far, state media has yet to confirm President Donald Trump’s assertion that the Supreme Leader was killed on Saturday.

And one of the reasons the raid's been successful so far is because the military found impressive ways to sabotage Iran's air defenses:

The United States military reportedly deployed Tomahawk missiles and new “one-way” attack drones during its opening strikes against the Islamist regime in Iran on Saturday.

Iran’s air defence systems were reportedly “effectively suppressed” by a “multi geographic command and control” strategy that was designed to “overwhelm Iran’s defenses,” U.S. officials said, according to Chief National Security Correspondent for Fox News Jennifer Griffin.

Griffin reported that in the strikes launched by President Donald Trump, the U.S. military used new capabilities, including “one-way attack drones” for the first time in combat alongside Tomahawk missiles during the initial wave of strikes.

She said that the strikes focused on “high value targets” such as Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) facilities, Naval sites, and “underground facilities” likely linked to the nation’s nuclear programme.

“There were hundreds of targets in what is being described to me as a multi-day operation,” Griffin reported, adding that U.S. officials claimed that the Iranian response has so far been “ineffective” and that the strikes have “effectively suppressed their air defenses.”

Even so, it's a shame that so far, they were unable to prevent the dark forces of Iran from launching more missiles, with the targets even including other neighboring Arab/Islamic states. We must hope that the effort being carried out so far will eventually avail in stopping Iran's attacks altogether, and good riddance to filthy Khamenei.

The war against Iran is on again

Today, both Israeli and USA military forces launched a new raid against Iran's deadly missile sources, and may have eliminated ayatollah Ali Khameini:

Israel said on Saturday that it has taken part in a U.S.-led military operation in Iran, with Jerusalem reportedly targeting the top leadership of the Islamist regime in Tehran.

Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian were among those targeted by Israeli forces on Saturday in strikes conducted in conjunction with an attempt by the United States to destroy Tehran’s missile programme, the Times of Israel reported.

The head of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Gen. Mohammad Pakpour, as well as Iran’s defence and intelligence chiefs, were also said to be targeted in the strikes. It is currently unknown which, if any, strikes were successful at the time of this reporting.

The Israeli Defence Forces said that it had struck “hundreds of targets” in Western Iran as part of its so-called “Operation Roaring Lion”. Targets included missile launchers, the IDF said.

Meanwhile, New York Times reporter Christiaan Triebert published a satellite image purporting to show the destruction of Khamenei’s compound in Iran. It is unclear if the Ayatollah was in the compound at the time of the apparent attack.

The IDF did express cautious optimism Khameini was blasted, and we should definitely hope he was. There may have been a report a few months ago though, that he was planning to follow Syria's ousted dictator Assad in fleeing to Russia. Which only makes clear why they're still a serious danger too. Mainly because, based on how many Muslims are in Russia today, what if they use that as a means of taking over from where the communists leave off?

“Decisive moments lie before us,” the exiled crown prince of Iran said amid a major military operation launched in the early hours of Saturday by U.S. President Donald Trump in conjunction with Israeli forces targeting the rogue nation’s missile programme and leadership apparatus.

In a statement on social media, Reza Pahlavi said that the military operation initiated by President Trump should be seen as a “humanitarian intervention” targeting the Islamist regime — “and its machinery of killing” — rather than a strike on the country and people of Iran.

“However, despite the arrival of this assistance, the final victory will still be achieved by us. It is we, the people of Iran, who will finish this task in this final battle. The time to return to the streets is approaching,” he said.

We can only hope this operation will finally deliver justice and bring down a regime that Ronald Reagan did nothing to prevent from reaching the levels of dangerous power and tyranny they were at until now.

The foreign sources that aided and abetted the October 7, 2023 jihadist bloodbath

Larry Taunton wrote about the now tragic history of the October 7, 2023 jihad attack on Israeli targets, and how certain totalitarians also had a role in the barbarism, along with certain western sources:

Oct. 7 was years in the making and could not have been successfully executed without the aid and discretion of the people of Gaza. Moreover, it involved the assistance of numerous foreign players: China supplied the vehicles which were smuggled across the Egypt-Gaza border through tunnels; North Korea supplied weapons; Iran supplied weapons, technology, and training; and Qatar supplied money to build homemade weapons and to pay terrorists and the Gazans who worked for them.

In other words, Oct. 7 was an act of war.

It was planned with the precision of a Pearl Harbor. And like Pearl Harbor, the attack caught the enemy off-guard and flatfooted. There were indicators an attack might be coming: Israeli SIM cards, thousands of them, lighting up all over Gaza the night before the attack; Hamas carrying out military exercises openly; reports that key Hamas leaders were going to ground; laborers from Gaza with Israeli work visas caught smuggling weapons into Israel, and so on.

There's only so much evil that was undoubtably planned in the 20th century itself, and now we've experienced the horrific results. And in addition to the communists of China and such, there's also the following:

As Taunton continues to note, the Biden administration played a very horrific part in this as did the UN, along with a certain Israeli figure:

More than two years after the attack and a legal fight to keep it classified, Assaf Shmuelevitz’s name had just been released by the Supreme Court of Israel, but not much more than his name. According to Ynet News:

Shmuelevitz is accused of impersonating an IDF captain in the early days of the war following the October 7 massacre, entering military command centers, recording classified conversations, collecting sensitive information, and passing it to unauthorized individuals.

Lawyers for Shmuelevitz have entered what in U.S. legalese might be called an insanity plea. SM rolls his eyes at the mention of it. Shmuelevitz’s role remains unclear: whether he was acting alone; who his handlers were, if, indeed, he had any; and the damage that he did or didn’t do. What is clear to my lunch companion is the role the Biden administration played in the Oct. 7 massacre.

SM’s feelings about Trump’s wobbly predecessor are reflected in Netanyahu’s remarks a few days earlier. The prime minister claimed Biden bore at least some responsibility for Oct. 7 because his administration slapped a weapons embargo on Israel that left the IDF with insufficient ammunition. Predictably, this was followed by fierce denials from Democrats. But this was the least of it.

The Biden administration funded Oct. 7.

This is something that'll definitely be recalled in repugnance in history and years to come. What Biden led to is in some ways much worse than what Jimmy Carter led to in his time. And now, the tragedy's struck most repulsively. Read more of the article in full.

New documentary in the works about Zohran Mamdani that's bound to be sugarcoated

It appears the leftists in Hollywood decided to give NYC's first Muslim mayor more backing for the sake of it, by producing a documentary all about him that's bound to be mega-biased as can be:

A new documentary will chronicle openly socialist Zohran Mamdani’s rise to become Mayor of New York City, a journey that began in 2023.

The documentary will be directed Julia Bacha, who also serves as the creative director of the non-profit Just Vision, which reportedly tells stories that shine “a spotlight on the Israel-Palestine conflict,” per TheWrap.

“It was her interest in Israel and Palestine that led Bacha to Mamdani three years ago,” noted the outlet. “The Brazil-born filmmaker heard in 2023 about a group of New York activists who were calling for charities to stop using tax-deductible donations to fund Israeli settlements.”

Bacha said the documentary began as a focus on whether Mamdani and his team of pro-Palestinian lawmakers will be able to hold their assembly seats through New York’s next election cycle, but it instead morphed into him climbing to become mayor. She reportedly captured over 200 hours of footage chronicling this rise and was especially captivated by the influence of his filmmaker mother, Mira Nair.

For now, this is certainly telling enough. Another disturbing thing about Mamdani was his being "sworn in" to position as mayor on a koran instead of a bible. That says all you need to know what's going wrong in the USA, much as in Europe. This looks to be yet another documentary that gives the whole concept a bad name.

Western safety continues to be under threat

Actress Noa Tishby lit Hanuka candles with Carla Bruni, and the latter said

Talking about her Jewish heritage, Bruni noted that her name is Bruni Tedeschi, and the Tedeschi is the Jewish side of the family.

“On my passport, I still have Tedeschi. My grandfather on my father's side was [from the] Jewish-Italian community,” recalled Bruni, who said that her grandfather went to study in Germany between the First World War and the Second World War. It was during this time that he felt the rise of antisemitism and ended up converting to Christianity in order to completely erase his Jewish identity.

On what is happening vis-à-vis antisemitism today, Bruni said, “I really feel terrible. I thought it was over. I thought we learned something from the past, but obviously someone is sort of canceling the past. Also, the historical past. People don't know what happened anymore, as if we forgot what happened. All my friends that are Jewish don't feel safe anymore. People are changing their name when they're ordering Uber or when they're ordering a pizza. I would never think that this would happen, never, and they're basically all leaving France.”

Asked by Tishby what she thinks the Jewish community should do in times like this, Bruni replied that they should “resist” through education and talking.

Well they also have to start pushing back against Islamic indoctrination, and show the courage for doing so. And they also have to condemn magazine writers who take blame-the-victim positions, and that includes "kapos" who use their ethnic background as a shield for what they're doing.

USA state secretary Marco Rubio followed up on this news by warning that Europe is not just destroying their culture, they're also wearing security links with the USA:

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has warned that Europe risks destroying the “shared culture” of the West and in turn weaken bonds with the United States.

At a press briefing from the Department of State in Washington DC on Friday, Secretary of State Rubio doubled down on the assertions made in the White House’s National Security Strategy memo, which declared that Europe faces “civilizational erasure” if it continues globalist policies of mass migration and attacks on fundamental liberties such as freedom of speech.

The memo has riled feathers in Europe, with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz saying that many aspects of the document were “unacceptable to us from a European perspective”. Meanwhile, the unelected head of the European Commission — the executive arm of the EU — Ursula von der Leyen demanded that the United States not “interfere” in European democracy.

Responding to the pushback, Secretary Rubio said on Friday: “You go to these NATO meetings and you meet with people, what they will tell you our shared history, our shared legacy, our shared values, our shared priorities. That’s what they talk about as the reason for this alliance.

“Well, if you erase your shared history, your shared culture, your shared ideology, your shared priorities, your shared principles, then what – then you just have a straight-up defense agreement. That’s all you have.”

One that may not even exist any longer as a result of leading to a caliphate on European soil. Something vital to consider is that if an Islamic caliphate is established in Europe one day, it could lead to multiple times the danger Iran's nuclear development imposes, and still does. They can't go easy on Europe's governments, based on how they continue to drag the quality of life down with them for the sake of Islamofascism.

Zohran Mamdani's transition team includes quite a few anti-Israel activists

NYC's soon to be 1st Muslim mayor has predictably arranged for a number of anti-Israel activists to be on his transition team:

Waleed Shahid describes himself as a democratic political strategist. He has a track record of mocking Jewish outlets and making anti-Israel comments on social media.

On October 7, 2023, the day of Hamas’ massacre, Shahid tweeted, “Similar to violent militias in Ireland, South Africa, and many places around the world, Hamas is also a byproduct of Israel’s violent policies of occupation and the second-class status of Palestinians.”

Responding to his appointment, the current mayor Adams administration said, “Waleed Shahid’s role in Mamdani’s transition team isn’t a surprise - it’s confirmation. Shahid’s track record of mocking Jewish outlets aligns perfectly with Mamdani’s own silence on antisemitism.”

“Mamdani didn’t just hire Shahid - he built a pipeline for activists who treat Jew-hatred as a punchline. Meanwhile, Orthodox Jews in Brooklyn can’t walk safely, and Mamdani’s response is more committees stacked with the same extremists who cheer BDS.”

That's one beginning example of what Mamdani's staff is bound to look like very soon. Another is Tamika Mallory, and there's more about her here too:

New York City mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani’s transition team announced on Monday includes a prominent activist with a history of alleged antisemitism.

Tamika Mallory, a leader of the Women’s March movement, stepped down from the board of the feminist group in 2019 amid allegations of antisemitism among the organization’s leadership.

Mallory had lionized the antisemitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan and refused to condemn his discrimination against Jews. Mallory also reportedly said that Jews were responsible for the oppression of people of color, a charge she denied.

If that's the kind of libel she's going to spew, it's chilling to think, what if she's fully okay with Islamic regimes normalizing slavery? No doubt, there'll be plenty of repellent figures on the municipal staff and in Gracie Mansion soon enough, one more reason why NYC is clearly a most insufferable place to be at this point.

Trump did not take an objective position with Mamdani at White House meeting

When president Donald Trump met NYC's first Muslim mayor, Zohran Mamdani, at the White House for a special meeting, no firm stance on the latter's negative leanings was taken:

President Donald Trump offered an optimistic view of the direction of New York City after meeting with Democratic socialist Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani at the White House on Friday.

During a press conference that followed, Trump said the two found common ground in their desires to reduce the cost of living, while also cracking down on crime. He also acknowledged that Mamdani has “views that are a little out there,” adding that he’s likely to change.

“I feel very confident that he could do a very good job. I think he is gonna surprise some conservative people, actually,” Trump told reporters from the Oval Office.

Forget it, this does nothing to properly address the bad things Mamdani said during his campaign, and only excuses him for the offensive statements he made about Trump too. In fact, it dampens the impact of Trump's previous meeting with South Africa's president Cyril Ramaphosa, where the POTUS took a more objective stance regarding some of the most awful things going on the country Ramaphosa's leading, including, but not limited to, anti-white racism. Sure, Trump may have hinted he's ready to withhold funding for NYC if Mamdani follows through on anything bad, but even so, this is not the tour de force White House meeting many may have been hoping for. And that's a real shame. It won't improve the USA's situation.

After the meeting, Mamdani repeated his claims that the government of Israel is carrying out "genocide in Gaza," and said that the U.S. government is funding those actions.

"“I shared with the president in our meeting about the concern that many New Yorkers have about wanting their tax dollars to go toward the benefit of New Yorkers and their ability to afford basic dignity. There’s a desperate need not only for the following of human rights but also the following through on the promises we’ve made New Yorkers. We've spoken about the Israeli government committing genocide and I’ve spoken about our government funding it."

President Trump did not respond to those remarks during the meeting with reporters. When Mamdani was asked about the president's efforts to advance agreements in the Middle East, he replied "I appreciate all efforts toward peace. We’re tired of seeing our tax dollars fund endless wars, and I also believe that we have to follow through on the international human rights, and I know that still today those are being violated, and that continues to be work that has to be done, no matter where we’re speaking of.”

Later, Trump was asked about Mamdani's threat to detain Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he comes to New York, and he briefly answered, "We did not discuss that."

In addition, Mamdani's spokeswoman Dora Pekec, referenced his recent objections to the Nefesh B'Nefesh event held in a New York synagogue: "The Mayor-elect has discouraged the language used at last night’s protest and will continue to do so. He believes every New Yorker should be free to enter a house of worship without intimidation, and that these sacred spaces should not be used to promote activities in violation of international law."

Through his spokeswoman, Mamdani continues to take a double-standard on the issue of immigrating to Israel, and Trump's failure to discuss Mamdani's use of a forked tongue approach is hugely disappointing.

Siege of NYC synagogue by pro-jihadists calling for murder makes clear the Mamdani era has just begun

A crowd of pro-jihad monsters in NYC besieged a synagogue, making calls for murder, almost 2 months before Zohran Mamdani begins his undeserved career as the Big Apple's first Muslim mayor:

Hundreds of pro-Palestinian activists besieged Manhattan’s prestigious Park East Synagogue on Wednesday night, chanting, “Globalize the intifada,” “Death to the IDF,” and “take another settler out,” in what critics warned is “just the beginning” of a radicalized climate under socialist Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani.

The nighttime demonstration targeted an event about Jewish immigration to Israel hosted inside the synagogue, which has stood on East 67th Street since 1890 and also houses a prominent Jewish day school. Organizers from Pal-Awda New York and New Jersey, Within Our Lifetime, Jewish Voice for Peace New York, and allied anti-Israel groups promoted the rally as “No settlers on stolen land” and a “protest to stop the settler recruiting fair,” branding the program as a “settler recruiting” event.

Radical pro-Palestinian activists pounded drums and unleashed a barrage of incendiary chants, including “Resistance is glorious,” “Intifada revolution,” “No peace on stolen land,” “We don’t want no two states, we want forty-eight,” and “From New York to Gaza, globalize the intifada,” while signs declared, “Zionism is a death cult” and “No settlers on stolen land.” [...]

Cantor Benny Rogosnitzky, who serves as both the cantor of Park East Synagogue and the director of the Rabbi Arthur Schneier Park East Day School, described the scene as “very disturbing,” noting that demonstrators shouted phrases such as “Kill the Jews,” “Destroy Israel,” and “No Jews in America.” He said many members of the community were “very, very concerned” by the language and by the decision to target a synagogue, according to the New York Post. Rabbi Elchanan Poupko, who first posted video of the protest, wrote that “antisemites showed up outside Park East Synagogue and are chanting for intifada,” stressing that the synagogue’s senior rabbi is a Holocaust survivor who vividly remembers Kristallnacht and now sees “the same human material” outside his own shul. He insisted that “this is not about Gaza and has never been about Gaza” and that the demonstration “is an attack on the Jewish people.”

That any authorities in NYC would allow such a demonstration to go ahead when chants of murder are present is no better than any UK authorities who allowed similar language to be used by Islamofascists who were demonstrating against the Danish Mohammed cartoons 2 decades ago. Even before this particular case, there was a most disturbing incident a few months ago where the NYPD welcomed policewomen wearing hijabs, as seen in the following video clip:

Far-left Twitch streamer supposedly likes Jewish-created comics despite his hostility to Gal Gadot and Israel

Warner Todd Huston at Breitbart reported about a left-wing Twitch streamer named Hasan Piker, who attacked Gal Gadot for all the wrong reasons, with the most bizarre part being that he supposedly likes a franchise originally sheparded by Jewish publishers:

Left-wing, antisemitic streaming personality Hasan Piker is attacking Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot, calling her a “dog shit actress,” and blasting her for her steadfast support for Israel.

The radical Twitch streamer was interviewed by Variety and asked about the campaign signed onto by New York City Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani’s mother to have the Israeli-born Gadot banned from the Oscars for daring to support Israel. The paper asked Piker “if such a campaign was fair.”

Hasan responded by taking a swipe at the Fast and Furious star’s acting abilities.

“I think she should be banned from the Oscars for being a dogshit actress. I think she has no business being there for the crime of what she has done to not only the DC franchise, but really any movie she’s been a part of,” Piker said.

He followed that attack up acting as if he was joking with that broadside and then blasted Gadot for her support for Israel, couching it in a sexist diatribe.

“All jokes aside, Gal Gadot serves an important role in normalizing Israel as not a fascist ethno-state, but instead a place where a lot of beautiful women come from,” he continued. “And those beautiful women happen to serve in the IDF, because there’s also this weird sexualization of the forces as well that takes place, and it plays another role in normalizing Israel and its activities and actions, and whitewashing it.”

So he blames Gadot for doing...what exactly to the DC franchise? What's ironic is that the 1st WW movie had a Turkish soldier as one of the members of Steve Trevor's group, and the 2nd had anti-American propaganda making it look like the USA was to blame for all the troubles that could be found in the middle east/north Africa, yet all the creep cares about is Gadot, and he even says exactly what sex-negative wokesters would want to hear, about Israeli soldier girls. Another thing that's also horrific about this Piker is that:

Piker has also said that American ”deserved” to be attacked on 9/11.

“America deserved 9/11, dude. Fuck it I’m saying it,” Piker said back in 2019 during an expletive-laced tirade.

Piker later doubled down on blaming America for 9/11, a terrorist attack that killed nearly 3,000 in New York, Pennsylvania, and at the Pentagon.

This is exactly why it's stunning Variety would ever give this man a platform, seeing how he's desecrated the memory of thousands of 911 victims. In the interview itself from Variety, Piker even opportunistically sought to laud James Gunn's Superman movie (which is based on the classic creation of 2 Jewish 18-year-olds, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster):

Gadot may have ruined the DC franchise for Piker, but James Gunn is redeeming it. When “Superman” opened on July 11, Piker made viral the idea that the fictional nation of Boravia is a stand-in for Israel. In the film, Boravia, backed by U.S.-made weaponry, drops bombs on and oppresses its desert neighbor, prompting Superman to intercede. Gunn has since denied that the plotline has “anything to do with the Middle East.”

“James Gunn is a lot more woke than he lets on. And he lets on how woke he is all the time,” Piker says, still certain of the director and DC chief’s intention all these months later. “Come on, man, you made the [Boravian leader] look like David Ben-Gurion. He just straight-up looks one-to-one like the first prime minister of Israel. We don’t even care what you say about this. We know exactly what we’re looking at.”

Well, like I said before, this is exactly why I don't find these modern live action superhero movies worth wasting dough on. But it's definitely a bizarre oxymoron how somebody that antisemitic actually wants anything to do with Jewish-developed franchises. Though WW's own creators may not have been Jewish, the editors/publishers certainly were, and Superman's having Jewish creators is already old news. Which beggars the query - aside from how Variety wasted tons of space giving a platform to somebody who led to sponsors withdrawing their support for Twitch, was even accused of electrocuting a dog, and was accused by another streamer of sexual misconduct with a minor in Germany. What is so special about such awful people that they simply must be given a platform to spew their repellent drivel? Addtionally tragic is that Piker has feminist defenders at sites like The Mary Sue, and one exploited the opportunity to attack Gadot in turn:

We also can’t forget when she blamed the box office flop of 2025’s Snow White on how the cast was asked about Israel. Gal, it bombed because Rachel Zegler was the only good thing about it, and she can only carry it so much.

Frankly, it’s tiresome to listen to her continuously deflect blame. Maybe look inside yourself and see where the real problem is. More people should speak out like Piker is doing.

Frankly, it's tiresome and disgusting how the writer even normalizes his repulsive screeds, right down to the use of profanity. Though it does make clear that, no matter how left-leaning the screenplays for movies like the two WW movies could be, it won't convince antisemites and racists to abandon their loathsome ways. Perhaps this is exactly why it's atrocious in retrospect that the film studio and Patty Jenkins applied anything potentially woke to the screenplays for the WW movies, and Gadot approved/went along, because it's clear that, in the long run, it will not change the minds of anti-Israelists.

Anyway, again, it's bizarre how men like Piker could actually embrace anything to do with entertainment franchises, whether comics, movies or both, that originally had Jewish overseers decades ago. But, chances are he's not really a fan, despite what he's saying, so much as he is a fan of the politics Gunn stealthed into the Superman movie. There do indeed appear to be quite a few unpleasant people out there who, if they do read/watch certain corporate-owned products, it's only because they agree with the politics applied, not because they actually admire the Israeli-descended creators and publishers who originated specific comics in their time. But all men like Piker do is indicate they really don't have any solid positions, and apart from the loathsome things they say, they're laughable in the extreme.

An anti-Israeli movement encourages murder for money

In most horrific yet unshocking news, an anti-Israeli movement is offering bounties for murdering Israeli academics:

Bounties for the murder of Israeli academics are being offered on an anti-Zionist group's website, with profiles and personal details of targets also provided to potential contract killers.

The Punishment for Justice Movement website offers $50000 for murdering a targeted Israeli academic, $100,000 for the murder of "special targets," and other financial awards for providing information on them or committing acts of intimidation.

The group lists the alleged home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, and even identification numbers of hundreds of academics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU), the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Weizmann Institute of Science, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv University, Harvard University, and European Organization for Nuclear Research.

Some of those listed reside outside of Israel, including in the United States of America.

And who exactly is hosting the website in discussion? Isn't that aiding and abetting a crime? The terrorist organization in question must be shut down and arrested for encouraging murder and jihadism. This is very serious, and sites like what's reported about cannot be allowed to remain on the web, nor can the terrorists running them be allowed to continue with their repulsive criminal activities.

Left-wing, antisemitic streaming personality Hasan Piker is attacking Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot, calling her a “dog shit actress,” and blasting her for her steadfast support for Israel.

The radical Twitch streamer was interviewed by Variety and asked about the campaign signed onto by New York City Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani’s mother to have the Israeli-born Gadot banned from the Oscars for daring to support Israel. The paper asked Piker “if such a campaign was fair.”

Hasan responded by taking a swipe at the Fast and Furious star’s acting abilities.

“I think she should be banned from the Oscars for being a dogshit actress. I think she has no business being there for the crime of what she has done to not only the DC franchise, but really any movie she’s been a part of,” Piker said.

He followed that attack up acting as if he was joking with that broadside and then blasted Gadot for her support for Israel, couching it in a sexist diatribe.

“All jokes aside, Gal Gadot serves an important role in normalizing Israel as not a fascist ethno-state, but instead a place where a lot of beautiful women come from,” he continued. “And those beautiful women happen to serve in the IDF, because there’s also this weird sexualization of the forces as well that takes place, and it plays another role in normalizing Israel and its activities and actions, and whitewashing it.”

So he blames Gadot for doing...what exactly to the DC franchise? What's ironic is that the 1st WW movie had a Turkish soldier as one of the members of Steve Trevor's group, and the 2nd had anti-American propaganda making it look like the USA was to blame for all the troubles that could be found in the middle east/north Africa, yet all the creep cares about is Gadot, and he even say exactly what sex-negative wokesters would want to hear, about Israeli soldier girls. Another thing that's also horrific about this Piker is that:

Piker has also said that American”deserved” to be attacked on 9/11.

“America deserved 9/11, dude. Fuck it I’m saying it,” Piker said back in 2019 during an expletive-laced tirade.

Piker later doubled down on blaming America for 9/11, a terrorist attack that killed nearly 3,000 in New York, Pennsylvania, and at the Pentagon.

This is exactly why it's stunning Variety would ever give this man a platform, seeing how he's desecrated the memory of thousands of 911 victims. In the interview itself from Variety, Piker even opportunistically sought to laud James Gunn's Superman movie (which is based on the classic creation of 2 Jewish 18-year-olds, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster):

Gadot may have ruined the DC franchise for Piker, but James Gunn is redeeming it. When “Superman” opened on July 11, Piker made viral the idea that the fictional nation of Boravia is a stand-in for Israel. In the film, Boravia, backed by U.S.-made weaponry, drops bombs on and oppresses its desert neighbor, prompting Superman to intercede. Gunn has since denied that the plotline has “anything to do with the Middle East.”

“James Gunn is a lot more woke than he lets on. And he lets on how woke he is all the time,” Piker says, still certain of the director and DC chief’s intention all these months later. “Come on, man, you made the [Boravian leader] look like David Ben-Gurion. He just straight-up looks one-to-one like the first prime minister of Israel. We don’t even care what you say about this. We know exactly what we’re looking at.”

Well, like I said before, this is exactly why I don't find these modern live action superhero movies worth wasting dough on. But it's definitely a bizarre oxymoron how somebody that antisemitic actually wants anything to do with Jewish-developed franchises. Though WW's own creators may not have been Jewish, the editors/publishers certainly were, and Superman's having Jewish creators is already old news. Which beggars the query - aside from how Variety wasted tons of space giving a platform to somebody who led to sponsors withdrawing their support for Twitch, was even accused of electrocuting a dog, and was accused by another streamer of sexual misconduct with a minor in Germany. What is so special about such awful people that they simply must be given a platform to spew their repellent drivel? Addtionally tragic is that Piker has feminist defenders at sites like The Mary Sue, and one exploited the opportunity to attack Gadot in turn:

We also can’t forget when she blamed the box office flop of 2025’s Snow White on how the cast was asked about Israel. Gal, it bombed because Rachel Zegler was the only good thing about it, and she can only carry it so much.

Frankly, it’s tiresome to listen to her continuously deflect blame. Maybe look inside yourself and see where the real problem is. More people should speak out like Piker is doing.

Frankly, it's tiresome and disgusting how the writer even normalizes his repulsive screeds, right down to the use of profanity. Though it does make clear that, no matter how left-leaning the screenplays for movies like the two WW movies could be, it won't convince antisemites and racists to abandon their loathsome ways. Perhaps this is exactly why it's atrocious in retrospect that the film studio and Patty Jenkins applied anything potentially woke to the screenplays for the WW movies, and Gadot approved/went along, because it's clear that, in the long run, it will not change the minds of anti-Israelists.

Anyway, again, it's bizarre how men like Piker could actually embrace anything to do with entertainment franchises, whether comics, movies or both, that originally had Jewish overseers decades ago. But, chances are he's not really a fan, despite what he's saying, so much as he is a fan of the politics Gunn stealthed into the Superman movie. There do indeed appear to be quite a few unpleasant people out there who, if they do read/watch certain corporate-owned products, it's only because they agree with the politics applied, not because they actually admire the Israeli-descended creators and publishers who originated specific comics in their time. But all men like Piker do is indicate they really don't have any solid positions, and apart from the loathsome things they say, they're laughable in the extreme.
