This is news I'm sooo excited to share with you :) A brand new fashion & decor store called Bliss is now open in Versova, Andheri, Mumbai. And you can actually buy artnlight products from there. It all started as soon as I uploaded the pics of the trays and boxes here on this blog. Mallika Desai Thakker from Vibe design wrote to me and Riddhi and said she is launching a store and would love to keep our products. She was the 1st person to contact us and we were really thrilled. Over the past month and a couple of meetings what struck me was what an amazingly easy person Mallika is to work with. And apart from being an oasis of calm, she has great taste & this you can see in every part of the gorgeous store she has put together. So here we go on a visual tour of brand new BLISS. (I'm so happy to be the 1st to cover them - ye, ye ye!!!)
This is a post I'm surprised I'm making. I was as usual looking at homes tours in Apartment Therapy and found myself hooked onto pictures of this home. The surprising bit for me is that the colours, style and the tone of this home though completely beautiful is so not me. But here's to openness, here's to celebration a of grey, neutrals and how you can create drama with them.
Today is the day I get to breathe between two spells of super hectic activity. I'm learning a new way to live- where I used to do twenty things in a day, life has suddenly decided I must do 42. Well. I ranted, complained, and then decided all of that is a waste of good time and energy & my new tactic is just to quietly do do do do. Oh, so now I need to do 62 and not 42? no, I'm not scared, bring it on. And I will DO.
In the same spirit, I have decided that I will blog irrespective of my crazy job list and I hope the powers that be are listening. Today I feature Eduardo Recife from misprintedtype.com. His layered, many patterned work strewn with hand-drawn squiggles has completely caught my fancy and his FAQs in the 'about' section of his site makes for really interesting reading :)
