Lifebook 2015 week 17: Painting an expressive portrait with Jenny Wentworth

Hi there!

Still being a bit behind with all Lifebook lessons, I finally had some time to work on week 17, the portrait by Jenny Wentworth. It looked very difficult to me when I started but it the end it went quite easy and I am happy with the end result. Of course I know it's not perfect LOL but I am really
happy I made it :) :)

Thanks for watching and I hope I can show you some of my next Lifebook lessons very soon :)

Lifebook 2015 week 15 with Tamara Laporte

Lifebook 2015 time again!!

Hi all! :)

Week 15 of Lifebook: It's the little things with Tamara Laporte
I am a little bit behind with lifebook but here's another lesson I did and....... it was way out of my comfort zone ;)

This is the end result, not completely happy with it but I had fun creating it.

Some detail pictures

And some work in progress pictures when I was thinking to myself.........

"this is so NOT going to be okay" LOL, But in the end I am happy with it, I had fun and I tried something new again :)

Lifebook Week 16 - Quick Be Here Now Painting with Alena Hennessy

For this week's lesson we had to make a quick painting in about 15 minutes.
No "thinking to much" just let it go.
I must admit, it's quite difficult to not think to much. I didn't make it in 15 minutes but it took me about 25 minutes to finish it. (I needed to dry it a few times in between)

So here it is, my QUICK painting!

No time for step-by-step puictures because of the time pressure LOL ;)
So this is all for today!

Hope to see you back again on my blog.

Lifebook 2015 - week1 Tamara Laporte

For the first time I joined lifebook this year.

Untill now we had 4 challenges, the first was a warming up from Tamara Laporte, just to get into the mood. Not really difficult but fun to do! LOL

After that we had to make a "Beacon of Light" which I liked doing very much so I made 2 extra ones :)

First "Beacon of Light"

My second "Beacon of Light" combined with lettering inspired by Joanne Sharpe

And my 3th "Beacon of Light" which I also like very much, it's so much fun making these that I will probably will make more of them soon!
