Hello everyone!  The month of February is upon us and it's time to welcome our guest designer for this month which is Rae Ann Beyerl.

Here is a little bit about this awesome designer.

I am an army wife, mom of four (mostly) grown kids, and currently living in Pensacola, FL in the US. I have been stamping for almost 16 years now, but I have been a crafter forever!  I remember making Christmas gifts for my family at a young age and being so excited about doing it all by myself.  Discovering digital stamps and the online crafting world has been an amazing journey!  I am so grateful to have the opportunity to provide you with a little inspiration this week.”

Guest Designer - Leisha Higgins

Good morning, it's time to meet our 1st Guest Designer for the month of February Leisha Higgins.

Hi all!

I am a 35 year old Aussie gal living in North Queensland. I married the love of my life and best friend 16 years ago and have two lovable young boys who give me reason to get up each morning (sometimes good reasons, sometimes bad reasons). I have always enjoyed crafting activities immensely, but card making is a huge passion, I’m never likely to put aside!

I started working with digital stamps 3 or 4 months ago when I stumbled upon a website that offered colouring classes. While searching through the sponsors of these classes, I found “artbymiran” and became quite enchanted with Mi Ran Jung’s artistic designs!

It's difficult to pick a favourite image because I just love them all and am excited to see any new stamps released!

So let's see her 1st fabulous creation where she used a great image for Valentine's day that's fast approaching Valentine digital stamp.

I really love how beautiful this digi is in those colors, so very elegant.  The background is also totally perfect. You can see the details on how she made this card on her blog here.

Such a gorgeous name for a gorgeous girl.
Shaylee means Fairy Princess of the Fields, which is an absolute perfect fit for this image.
When I saw Mi Ran's finished drawing I just couldnt resist and was jumping up and down to get my hands on her and start colouring.

I've followed our theme for the month Valentines and coloured her with distress inks and stampin' up refills.

Guest Designer - Geneviève Samson's 2nd creation of the month

Good morning, it's time to see the 2nd creation of our 2nd Guest Designer this month Geneviève Samson.

In case you missed her 1st post this month, here's a little blurb to learn more about Geneviève.

My name is Geneviève and I am the proud mother of a pair of twins who are now 7 years old, Sabrina and Jeremy and a newborn girl Eva. I scrapbook since 2005 and I play with digital images since the 2009-2010 school year. I was part of several digital stamp design teams and challenges.

I dropped everything in May 2012, because I needed to recharge my batteries. Several personal and professional projects have meant that I had to step back. I resumed gradually scrapbooking, but only started back into digital. I found pictures of  Mi Ran Jung at the end of November and I was totally impressed. The images are delicate and totally fit my love of manga and Asian culture. I hope you like these beautiful images as much as I do.

Pretty girl - Heart digital stamp

Good morning, it's Crafting Vicky here and it is my turn to host the Artbymiran Blog and today I would like to share a special creation that I made using Pretty girl - Heart digital stamp. For our Valentine theme month!!!

Isn't this little girl just adorable?!?  I thought she would be perfect for my special Valentine's day creation.  I made something for my oldest's son's girlfriend.  I though that this image was perfect to send for her.  It's a candle box card!  My very 1st time making one of those!  Took me forever lol  but I'm quite pleased with the result

Hello, I am a mother of 5 kids. These kids are all grown up now though. My oldest is 26 and my youngest is 20. Yes, I spent a lot of "really busy" years having 5 kids in 6 years. I have a twin sister and she got me into scrapbooking stuff.  I mostly do cards, not much actual "scrapbooking". I am super excited to be a Guest DT for the month of January.

WILL YOU BE MY VALENTINE

Good morning, its Desire here and I wish you all the best that 2014 has to offer.  HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Our theme this month is VALENTINES. February, the month of love, is just around the corner and I have been playing with this gorgeous Cupid's Little Helper created by the talented Mi Ran.  Do yourself a favour and hop over to Mi Ran's Etsy shop and check out her awesome digi creations, here.   You can purchase Cupid's Little Helper here. 

I stuck to my favourite centre step card design.  The folded embellishments have been created with a Fold It Swirls Template.  She has been coloured with Copics and the brads are from my stash.  The flourishes have been stamped with Chiswick Acrylic Stamps and the sentiment is a freebie from Hannelie {Desert Diva} and has been coloured with dry chalks. The design papers are from Art from my Heart and BasicGrey.

Happy Valentine's Day ...

Good morning and Happy New Year! Ruza here, and I'm super excited to be posting a project for the Official Opening of the Art by Miran Blog! Today I'm sharing a card that I created with the lovely Heart Digital Stamp!

Our Theme for this Month is Valentines!

There are so many beautiful Valentine/Love image in the shop; however, the Heart Digital Stamp just stole my heart! :o)

I colored this beauty with Copic Markers, and applied distress ink for the background and grass. If you look closely you can see that the net is partially raised by foam squares. To get this look I fussy cut the whole image and paper-pieced her on top of another image. It is a great way to added dimension to your designs.
