Guest Designer - Corinne Jones

Good morning, it's time to meet our 1st Guest Designer for the month of April Corinne Jones.

We are trilled that she agreed to be our Guest Designer! She will be showcased here 2 times during the month. So let's meet her now:

I have been crafting now for about 10 years or so, started out scrapbooking then then found my love for Copic Markers and card making.

Had fun getting my twin sister involved in crafting..

I have an awesome family that supports my crafting addiction

For her 1st creation Corinne used the very cute Cotton Tail which is just perfect for Easter which is coming soon.

I think you will agree with me that she did an awesome job showcasing this beautiful image. Corinne will be back on the 19th of April for her 2nd creation.

Missy Chic - Easter wishes

Good morning, it's Crafting Vicky here and it is my turn to host the Artbymiran Blog and today I would like to share a special creation that I made using Missy Chic.

Our theme for the month is Easter therefore I used this fabulous image for my little Easter card!  I thought her little basket and sweet little dress made her a perfect candidate for this :)  But of course she could be used for many other occasions.

I decided to make her in pretty pastel colors perfect for Spring or Easter!  She's so very pretty!!!  

I really wanted the great image to be showcased therefore I made a frame for her using a Grand oval decorative die from spellbinder.  I also added some delicate purple lace and a little bow!  I thought it was the appropriate detail with her and reminded me of her hair bow.  The last embellishments are the little bling in pale purple on the left corner.

Here's a closer look at the great digi that I colored with my copics.  As usual (with the Art by Mi Ran image) this was a joy to color!

Guest Designer - Margaret Ashby - 2nd creation

Good morning, it's time for the 2nd creation from our 2nd Guest Designer for the month of March Margaret Ashby.

Just in case you have missed out on the 1st post for this great lady, here's a chance to know her better.

I am 68 years old and I live in Sydney, Australia with my husband Tony I have two daughters and four granddaughters. After 53 years of working I am now retired. I started stamping and making cards in 1995 and started scrapbooking about 1999 and making ATCs in 2005. I am still a cute stamper. I started my blog in April 2012 with the help of cyber friends and started joining challenges. I was really happy to find other blogs to give me new ideas for my cards and then excited to be invited to join some design teams. I have lots of rubber and clear stamps but use mostly digital stamps now as they are easier on my sore hands. I suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis so spend my days making cards, a little scrapbooking and talking to my cyber friends on the internet. This helps take my mind off the pain. I have made many more cyber friends since starting my blog. I am so happy to be asked to be a guest designer for Art By Miran for March as I really love her digital stamps 

For her 2nd creation Margaret used the very cute Bunny Love which is just perfect for our theme of the month which is Easter!

Such a great spring creation!

Guest Designer - Sharman DeLuca - 2nd creation

Good morning, it's already the time for our 1st Guest Designer's second creation for the month of March.  Wow time sure goes by fast.  So here's Sharman DeLuca and a little bit about her if you missed her 1st GDT appearance.

My name is Sharman and I live in Sterling Heights,  Michigan where we have a ton of snow right now.  I started using Copic markers about 3 years ago and although I just do not remember how I got started on them, I am so glad that I did.  It took me about a year to acquire the complete set but I am so thankful that I did.  I love them.  I am retired, married and have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.  I spend an excessive amount of time on my computer looking at all the talent from different groups.  I have learned a lot from different ladies and so appreciate that they share their knowledge with all of us.  I love that everyone has been so helpful and inspiring and so kind to each other.  Blessings, Sharman

AN EASTER TREAT...

Good morning, it's Samantha K here and it is my turn to host the Artbymiran Blog. Today I would like to share a creation I made with the gorgeous Easter image 'Alice'

Our theme this month is - 'Easter' and the beautiful Alice, is perfect for this :)

I decided to create a cute little egg basket. I added a little 'Easter egg hunt' tag onto the handle, using a colour to match Alice's apron.

Good morning, its Desire here and I hope you are all keeping well.

Our theme for March is EASTER.

Good morning! Ruza here, and its my turn to host the Art by Miran Blog! Today I would like to share a card I made with the lovely Ceridwen! This month our theme is "Easter".

This beauty was super FUN to color with my Copic Markers. I tried some new coloring techniques for the hair. Need to practice a bit more, but I love how it turned out. I wanted to use Ceridwen for an Easter Card, and was so thankful to find this truly beautiful sentiment in my stamps.
