Crafty Creations Challenge - Halloween

Welcome to my blog

Today is the beginning of challenge #325 over at Crafty Creations Challenges.

The theme for our challenge is Halloween  and the sponsor for this challenge is SLS Lines.
The winner of this challenge will receive 3 single digital images of your choice.

Click here to visit their store and check out their great array of digital images.

For my card today I used Halloween Pumpkin.

Those pumpkins are really spooky aren't they!!

I printed the image 2 times, colored them and used on my card front.
I had some Halloween DP  in my stash and it was a perfect fit for the theme and the image.

I added a bow and a bat charm

Here is a closer view to the charm.

Our challenge has started and will run until Oct 11 @ 10:00 p.m. et
We would love to see an entry from you.

Crafty Creations Challenges #318 - Anything Goes

    Hi Everyone

The Crafty Creations Challenges #318 has started and the theme this time is Anything Goes.
    (My favorite theme)

Well I know its not even close to Christmas yet, but I thought I'd tease you all a bit.

I used colored pencils and gamsol to color and do blending on the image. Gamsol is the perfect blender for colored pencils. You can lighten colors, add additional accent colors and for me it is the perfect color blending product.

The sponsor for the Crafty Creations Challenges #318 is SLS  Lines

    Colorful Fall Wishes

    Welcome back blogger friends,

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Crafty Creations Challenges. The theme for this challenge is Colorful and the sponsor is SLS Lines.

I decided to use colors of the fall season in my card and I used the pretty digital image Fairy with Butterfly Wings. Turned out to be a cool combination.

Here is a full front view.

This adorable fairy is sitting on her foot stool.
I used some silk leaves in the green tones as well as the fall colors.
I also added an embossed panel that  started out as a silver metallic cardstock, but I used alcohol inks on it to bring it into the fall season (I embossed it with a swirl embossing folder.)
I also used s designer paper in a dusty rose color to add interest. Lastly, I added the same alcohol ink color to my Hug Snug Seam Binding that I use for ribbon.
