All Things Grow with Love

How's it going today !! Hope your day is going well for you.

The new challenge at Creative Moments has started today and I thought I'd share my inspiration project with you all, today.

I made a slimline card and it turned out great!! Used up some scraps.

Look at JJ, she is in her faded jeans dress and she is working with some small potted plants. BTW, the JJ Garden digi is being retired. And check this out, there is another image that comes with this one as well. Too cute.

Time for Fall and Pumpkins

Welcome to my Craft-Dee BowZ Inspiration Tuesday post for October. Do you believe it, Fall is really here!!!

Every Tuesday the designers all take turns posting an inspiration project for your viewing pleasure. You can view their projects on the individual designers' blog or you can check out the project over at the Craft-Dee BowZ blog

For todays card I decided to make a card depicting pumpkins and giving the feel of fall. This time I used Bakers Twine in an orange shade instead of using ribbon.

Let me share my card with you

Pumpkins always remind me of fall so
I used an image from Bugaboo that fit the bill

Here is a closer view of my bow.

This is a multiple loop bow and
I used my Craft-Dee BowZ tool  to make it using this bakers twine.
Works great with the twine,too.

The CDB tool really aides me in making all my bows.
And you don't need to use ribbon.
My bakers twine bow is a perfect example

Do you have your CDB tool yet?? No???
This tool is smaller, easy to use, travels well and it's easy to store.
It will make bows from 1" to 4 1/2"
You can order yours by clicking on the
Buy Now button here on the left sidebar.

Just a reminder -
The October Craft-Dee BowZ challenge has started and runs thru October 30.
The theme is Anything Goes (no bow required)
You could be the next winner,
We are looking forward to your submission.

Happy Birthday

Hello Everyone,
Hope your  week is treating you well.

Today is the 1st Tuesday of the month and it's time for the start of  June's Inspiration Tuesday over at  Craft-Dee BowZ. Here is the card I made. I decided to use another Bugaboo image. They are the sponsor of the June Craft-Dee BowZ challenge

The bow -

I decided to use a quad loop bow,
and thought the bottom right area would be the perfect place for the bow,

Here is a closer view of my bow.

I used Hug Snug Seam Binding ribbon for this bow.
Nothing super fancy or over the top and it's perfect for this card.

I used my Craft-Dee BowZ bow making tool.
Since Hug Snug is a thinner ribbon (really its a seam binding) it makes it easy to make a quad loop bow.
Don't forget, the Craft-Dee BowZ bow making tool is the best tool out there
that will aid you in making your bows.
The tool is small , easy to store, easy to use and so portable.

June 2020 Craft-Dee BowZ challenge

Hello Crafters

Welcome to June and to another new month.

Hope May was a good month for you
and that June will be even better.

Speaking of June, its time for the start of the June challenge at

Our June sponsor is
Bugaboo

The Winner will receive:
a gift code that is valued at about 4 digital images
Click here to check out their digi selection

I used the Floral Butterfly Thank You image
on my card.

I foiled the digital image and
here is a better view to see that foiling
Foiling is so hard to photograph.

The Bow-
I used my fav, Hug Snug, (that I just got) to make my bow.
The Hug Snug color I ordered is Chalk White,
but I used Distress Ink - Mustard Seed to color it.
I love coloring my Hug Snug to be the color I want it to be.

My Craft-Dee BowZ tool enables me to make all my bows,
and its so easy to use.
The great thing about the Craft-Dee BowZ tool
is that it makes great smaller bows, for cards or gift bags,
as well as the larger bows to use on regular size gifts

Here is a closer view of the bow.

If you are bow challenged - the CDB tool is for you.
The tool is small and makes great bows.
It's portable and easy to store.

Warm Winter Wishes

Hello Everyone,

It's already the first Tuesday of the month. That means it's time for my Craft-Dee BowZ inspiration project.

I must be in a hurry to get thru January, I somehow keep feeling it's February already--------wrong. LOL I guess that's wishful thinking. LOL

Well since it's still January and we really just started winter, I thought a card that has more of a winter theme might be more appropriate so I decided to use a really cute image.

Let me share my card with you......

These guys look like they are freezing, don't they LOL

I don't know about you, but some images have added dots and stars etc. around the drawn image. But when you fussy cut, they get left behind. And this image is no exception. So I added some sticky dots and stars back in to add interest around the image.

Since I had stars as accents I decided to add some to the bow as well.

Here is a closer view of my bow.

This bow is a triple loop bow using Hug Snug seam binding and boy does it make great bows!!!

I used my Craft-Dee BowZ bow making tool. Don't forget, the Craft-Dee BowZ bow making tool is the best tool out there that will aid you in making your bows.

The tool is small , easy to store, easy to use and so portable.

And the stockings were hung.....

Hello everyone and thanks for stopping back.

You know Christmas is approaching FAST!! I seem to always be making cards at the last minute. However this year I am more prepared. (YEA!!!)  All of my Christmas cards are done.

Today is the 1st Tuesday of the month and that means its time for me to post a fun inspiration project for Craft-Dee BowZ.

Since we are really getting closer to Christmas, I decided to spotlight another Christmas card.
I have used an image from Bugaboo and I hope you like this one.

I have been on a foiling kick lately. I decided to foil this image so I printed this image out 3 times using my laser printer. I foiled each of the images in a different color. I used blue, green and red foils. I used my Heidi Swapp Minc Machine to apply the foil to the laser printed areas.

I used blue foil for the base image. That made the snowflakes and the sentiment foiled in blue.

For the next image, (I foiled it in green foil) I took the green foiled piece and added some green alcohol marker coloring between the foiled lines, fussy cut just the two green foiled stockings and attached them with dimensional foam, over the original stockings.  Lastly, I took the 3rd image, I foiled it with red foil and also colored between some of the lines with some red alcohol marker. I fussy cut just the red foiled stocking and attached it over the green image with dimensional foam to pop this up

Here is a closer view that will show off those foil colors.

I intentionally left the glare on the image to show off the foiling and the colors.

Here is the finished card.

For all you challenge lovers, Craft-Dee BowZ has a monthly challenge. It begins on the 1st of each month.  So you have plenty of time to enter your project in this months challenge.
